Ordered 3 coffees only received 2. Took forever to fill order. Morning of 3/2/2024. Usually coffee here tastes great. Not today. Horrible.

I wanted to like this place more and will give it another chance since I work nearby. I ordered online and waited awhile before I went to pick up to make sure it would be ready since I only had a few minutes of time to pick up. I arrived and saw that nothing was waiting ready and the barista was making 3 other people's drinks. After they leave I find out my order was never received and still had to wait as if I ordered in person. I got the Austin Dream and honestly didn't find it to be anything special. I'll probably try a cold drink next time since that's more my forte

I recently started frequenting Malone Specialty Coffee and have found it to be a pleasant experience overall. Their coffee, green smoothies, and dessert croissants are enjoyable. However, my last visit raised some concerns. While waiting for my order, I noticed that the prices displayed on the menu in-store were lower than what I had been paying online. At that moment, I mentioned this to two employees who seemed unaware of the discrepancy. I decided that on my next order I would call and ask if I could just place my order over the phone, which I did today. When placing my order, I took the opportunity to speak with a manager about this. He suggested that the price difference might be attributed to ordering online versus in-store, but it was never actually confirmed. Although this explanation didn't sit right with me, as it seems it was being brushed off, I appreciate the manager's response. However, I believe Malone Specialty Coffee should be more transparent about online ordering upcharges. A visible disclaimer on their website would help inform customers beforehand. I certainly would have been placing my orders over the phone from day one, had I known about these higher prices online. Despite this issue, I still appreciate their offerings and will likely return. However, I felt it important to share my concerns about pricing transparency for the benefit of other customers.

Why is this location always closed? I love your coffee and other locations, but this one is only open occasionally.

Said it before and I'll say it again. If you're a food truck / not a walk in location you need to put it in your title. Malone's Specialty Coffee TRUCK, for example. Wasted a drive to not be at a location where I can go inside.

Both their coffee (wasn’t sweet at all for a mocha) and croissant sandwiches were not very good. There are better options for breakfast nearby!

A Hidden Gem for Coffee Lovers - Open on Sundays!I recently had the pleasure of visiting Malone’s Specialty Coffee, and I have to say, it’s a true treasure tucked away in the southwestern corner of the H-E-B parking lot. Being an outdoor coffee shop, it offers a refreshing change of scenery to enjoy your favorite brews, and the ambiance is just perfect for those who appreciate a bit of fresh air with their caffeine intake.First off, let's talk about the coffee – it's simply fantastic. As a bit of a coffee aficionado, I've sampled a fair share of coffee shops, but Malone's has managed to stand out. Each cup is made with care, and you can really taste the quality in their beans. The baristas at Malone's are also top-notch – friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about coffee. They're always willing to strike up a conversation or offer recommendations if you're feeling indecisive. It's that personal touch that turns a simple coffee run into a delightful experience. One of the best parts about Malone’s Specialty Coffee is that they are open on Sundays! It's such a relief to know that my weekend coffee ritual doesn't have to be interrupted. Whether you're in need of a quiet place to read the newspaper, looking for a quick pick-me-up before grocery shopping, or planning to catch up with a friend, Malone’s has you covered. In summary, if you find yourself in the area and in need of a coffee fix, do yourself a favor and drop by Malone’s Specialty Coffee. Whether it's their smooth espressos, luscious lattes, or another coffee concoction you crave, they've got what it takes to satisfy. This place is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional coffee and friendly faces. I’ll definitely be returning!Parking: In southwestern corner of the H‑E‑B parking lot.

Normally LOVE the coffee shop location that is an 8 minute detour from here, so I gave this spot a try since I was already at the HEB. Sadly, the quality and timeliness of my coffee order didn’t live up to that of the brick and mortar location this time around.

I have never written a review before but I've been on the hunt for the best caramel latte for a while and I think I found it at Malone. The Southside Caramel is sooo good! So glad I decided to stop by after shopping.

Waited 40 minutes for a latte, no one in line in front of me?

Terrible experience, it was my girlfriend and I first time in Austin and trying Malone. When we arrived we were the only ones there ordered coffee, smoothie, two sandwiches and a muffin. We got everything fast but the smoothie. We waited 30min PLUS while 4 customers ordered and received their orders. We tried to be patient but needed to go to a family event so we left and never got the smoothie. Sucks that I gave a tip too...

I've visited the Malone coffee truck in the HEB parking lot (Wells Branch) several times and the coffee is always excellent. If you're needing a caffeine boost I recommend the Ludicrous Speed (6 shots!). The avocado, Pimento cheese and tomato croissant is really good also.

Employee did not welcome me or smile once when taking my order of 3 drinks and a sandwich. Asked for The Brancher Bagel but was told they didn't carry those ingredients at that location (Pflugerville). Asked for the Egg, Havarti & Honey croissant instead. The order took a VERY long time to be completed. The drinks were not secured in the drink carrier so 2/3 drinks spilled in my car on the way to work. Once I finally cleaned that up and opened my food, I found they had given me the Turkey Pesto Croissant instead of the Havarti/Honey that I asked for.
