The cashier that assisted me wants you to go out of business! I asked for a Lemon cake and choco cookie cake and when I got home, I found A Red Velvet one!!!! The receipt also said I was charged a gluten free instead of a regular Choco cookie cake. I love my nothing bunt me cakes but this is outright disappointing. I don't know if I would go back. I JUST WANT MY LEMON CAKE, IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK???!!! This happened yesterday but I'm still mad.Sooo mad.. ?

Who don't like cake ?Great to indulge in a personalized cake made just for you. Always have many flavors to choose from . Reminds me of a old church function when one of them old school ladys would make a bundt cake. Priceless! Takes me back. Me and my family love and appreciate Nothing Bundt Cakes and there staff.

I was so pleased with the helpful and friendly service. I am from Chicago and wanted to send my daughter who resides as a student in Hutto, Texas, a cake. She just obtained her pilots license. The customer service was caring and helped me to chose the perfect cake. It was just beautiful and my daughter and her friends loved it!!

Great service but what is going on with your portion sizes? Do you folks not measure the same amount throughout all your cakes ? I probably won't be going back until they fix their portion sizes. $12 for half the product? How disappointing.

They tried...the staff really did...but dang...Walked in and ordered 3 dozen bundtinis assorted, the cashier said no problems but it would be a 5-10 minute wait. No problem!The wife went to wait in the car...15 minutes later a worker comes out with 1 dozen. I ask her where the rest is and she says this it. I show her my receipt and she say "oh" and walks off.15 minutes later another worker comes out with my complete order, no apology or thank you.At least my order was good and my employees liked the cakes!

I always place my orders online for specific day and time slot but every single time I come to this location and I always have to wait for my order for at least 15-20mins! EVERY SINGLE TIME without exception!Not happy with the wait every time!!

I love Nothing Bundt Cakes. I can always get sweet tokens of appreciation and birthday cakes! Then there are the times when I just need a little something sweet. I never knew I loved Red Velvet and Chocolate Chocolate Chip cakes until NBC came along! The customer service is always on point!

Went in and wasn’t sure what to get for an occasion, and the girl working up front was so helpful and sweet. They got everything prepared in the back very quickly as well. Of course, everything was delicious!!
