Extremely disappointed! Pizza was ordered with extra pepperoni and cheese- all I got was what it seemed like extra sauce, which btw is gross! Jalepeno poppers, absolute garbage. Literally couldn't eat any of it.

Fantastic wings and pizza! I stepped out of the bar next door and ordered pizza and wings. The order was ready at the time promised and tasted great! The Buffalo sauce was on point. The shop owner was nice and friendly.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Paid 70 bucks to have our food delivered to us. The company said they delivered the food in front of our garage. Well I don't have a garage. I live in an apartment complex. Called the delivery company and all they could do is send us an email. When they finally sent us an email, they asked us to look outside and see if the food was there. What do you mean? Clearly if I am calling you, I haven't received my food. I explained the same thing to them again as I did over the phone. I do not have a garage. So where did your driver deliver the food. We called Patty's to complain because they are choosing to use the company as a delivery service. She said she would call us back and never did. We are out of 70 bucks and no food. I recommend getting pizza from somewhere else.

Very disappointed in this place, I wanted pizza so bad and was hoping to find a new favorite but this sadly won’t be it. Very thin pizza, definitely was not a 12 inch pizza. The sauce was so overwhelming because the lack of cheese. Overall nearly $14 for one pizza was definitely not worth it.

The BEST pizza in Austin! Pattys is nothing fancy but truly delicious pizza. We love the NY style with the smaller pepperoni and have turned so many people onto this place.

Ordered cheese sticks from here and they were extremely overcooked and burnt. Called back to try and get a refund or credit, but she insisted we bring them back. Don't know any reputable business that asks for food back as that it is extremely unsanitary. Couldnt even eat them because they were so burnt. Ridiculous service. Don't recommend.

DO NOT ORDER from pattis. They delivered the wrong order to my house tonight. When I called and explained the young man, whose name I won’t mention because he was trying, told me that the manager “patti”…. Said they wouldn’t refund my order or get me the right order because they only had two people working. I explained that wasn’t my problem and (he was on the phone with “patti”) was told too bad. There was nothing else he could do. So I paid 25.00 for the wrong pizza that my kids wouldn’t eat, and tip, and got NO customer service. I will post this in every local group just so everyone knows what kind of business “patti” is running. Absolute trash!!!!!

I try to never write poor reviews because I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but my experience today was awful. I ordered online to be ready at 4:55. I arrived at 5:15 only to be told it would be another 10-15 minutes. When they finally brought my order out they had completely missed my pizza rolls. Had to start cooking them from scratch. So I wait. Another 15 minutes. At this point it's 5:45 so my order is now 50 minutes late. When they finally bring my forgotten item out I kindly asked if they would be willing to comp or refund me for their error because and now my other food is cold. The manager was extremely rude. Asked me "why?" I explained it was almost an hour late. She said "so?" She said "give me the pizza rolls back and I'll refund you". At this point I simply told her I would not be coming back and she said "I don't care." We've always really like Patty's and I can even handle the delay and mistake but the way I was treated was unacceptable. We will not be back.
