Service with an attitude. They fouled up our order and when asked to correct it, gave an attitude. They put one of the servings on the wrong plate, and when I complained, instead of complying with the state health code, and bringing out a new order she simply offered a second plate. I had to purchase the item I wanted a second time.I’m not going to return.The gentleman who was bussing the tables Was very thorough, polite and attentive. The problem was with the wait staff.

I've been a patron of pecan street for almost 20 years. It has been consistently great burgers,fries, and sandwiches until recently. Their revised fries are thick and often soggy unlike the previous thinner version. They've removed peppers from the Italian sub and hence removed flavor. I unfortunately don't find myself visiting as often due to change.

Unfortunately this place is just not good anymore. I don't know if they changed ownership but I won't be back. I neverminded paying a little more because the food was fresh. I don't think the people that work there want to be there. It's unfortunate because it used to be so good.

The burger tastes good. Everything else was disappointing. The sandwich looked like it was just thrown together. Small piece of cheese, hardly anything else (small piece of cheese, lite condiments, next to no lettuce, one tomato slice). I also had to crisp up the fries and tots because they tasted undercooked and soggy. I wanted to like this place but wasn’t pleased with anything I ordered aside from the burger.
