We ordered pizza on 01/26/2024 and there was literally one pepperoni on each slice of pizza. Pretty RIDICULOUS!!!

Ordered the Big Dinner Box consisting of 2 medium pizzas, Oven-baked Chicken Alfredo Pasta, and Breadsticks. The 2 medium pizzas were customized with 3-toppings with Garlic Parmesan cheese for one and 2-toppings with Garlic Parmesan cheese. Arrived to pickup my online order. Waited about 10 minutes as it was Friday evening and it was busy. They were understaffed.The 2 medium pizzas were soggy and looked undercooked. Needed to put it in my oven to bake for additional 5 minutes to get it right.

I may have stopped by at the right time because my order was amazing. The pizza was high quality, thin crust, extra cheese, and other toppings. It came right out of the oven, the staff was very friendly all around 10pm, yes the store closes at 11pm. I had a great experience and great value pizza under $18 for 5 toppings with extra cheese.

This is the worst Pizza Hut place ever. They have absolutely no control of their kitchen. They cannot even estimate the right time for pick up. This place is extremely disorganized, a complete mess.
I walked in and Kristina took my order. I was having a sad day and her smile was contagious! She was helpful and kindly explained it would be 10-15 minutes for order to be ready and I said that I would wait in my car. I fully had the intention to come back inside to get my order but Kristina surprised me by bringing it out to my car! I was grateful and drove home. But when I was taking my pizza inside, I noticed a handwritten note from Kristina which was positive and uplifting! She made my day! I smiled the whole time I was enjoying my lunch and I am so thankful for her kind words! Pizza Hut Pflugerville rocks!!!

I really enjoyed my food during my latest visit. Everything was even ready a few minutes before the time quoted on my order (I did take-out). Everything was cooked well and portioned well. And everything was cooked together, meaning all my food was the same temp (I ordered 3 separate items), so everyone could eat right away without having to reheat anything. Staff was friendly as well and engaged me at appropriate intervals until my food was ready. And they actually smiled.
