I ordered a large veggie sandwich and the portions were horrible. Skip this location if you're hungry as it seems they're trying to keep their costs low. Having read prior reviews, it seems others have had similar experiences. This is the first location in which I've had this issue. I dont intend to come back at all. The portions were so minimal I tossed the sandwich and went elsewhere for my dinner

Tried to call during normal business hours several times to ask about soups of the day (which the website recommends) and was rolled into voicemail [which has not been set up yet] everytime. Having staff to answer the phone is a standard component of operating a customer service oriented business. I'll strike this place off my list.

I'm an original Austinite...so I love this Austin ORIGINAL! I've been enjoying Thunder Cloud since I was younger.
Ordered 2 large subs and a small bag of chips. Spent $20 including tip. The amount of meat put on the sandwich is dismal. The turkey appeared on only the middle 1/3 of my sandwich. I wanted spicy peppers but it was missed. Will not be coming back. Not worth the money.
