I placed an order online and got a 16-21 minute time frame for pickup. Upon arrival, the restaurant had numerous upset customers waiting for orders... I received my order 1 hour late.
A horrible experience corrected by hard working staff.. Ordered food for delivery that was never received, although door dash app reported food delivered. I had to travel to store, to report issue and staff quickly rectified situation. The staff quickly recooked my order, refunded my delivery tip and had me on my way. Greatly appreciate the crew's response and great customer service during a busy period.. The food was great and I will be back!!
