WORST STAFF EVER!!! WAITED OVER 22 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU. ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY ORDER READY.And not polite and apologetic. These girls that were working the drive thru window had ZERO customer service skills. ZERO professionalism. They even closed the window on me.I then drove around to the front, and asked to speak to manager. No one would come from the back area where I could hear arguing. The man's voice I heard never had the guts to show his face.I left several messages for district manager, regional director, owner. Someone to call me back. NO ONE HAD THE BUSINESS MIND TO MAKE A CALL.NEVER EVER WILL VISIT THIS FRANCGISE AGAIN.They deserve to have almost no customers. They'd rather protect their employees than paying customers. Have at it!! See how far that will get you.??

Today I just had the most horrible customer service experience. A woman who spoke both languages since I speak Spanish treated me in the worst possible way. I arrived at the Burger King at approximately 8:30pm and ordered my food and from the beginning This woman's attitude was the worst. She threw the potatoes in the bag that is for takeout without adding salt and I told her that it wasn't for takeout, to which she responded by putting everything in a bag and more than once and went to this Burger King. and they have treated me well. I don't know what happened to this person. After that, he answered that if I didn't like him, I could leave and then he threatened to call the police if he was filming her because of his action, since I asked him to repeat what he did. What had she said and she threatened to call the police if I was filming her asking why she treated me so badly, I don't understand why she treated me like that. What happened to this woman? It seems like she was upset that I arrived at the restaurant at that time. What happened? Someone told me. Explain, the owner of the restaurant can explain to me why they treated me like that.

Employees NEED Motivation. It's 10:45 am there is NO coffee. I believe should be on hand All day . Specially on this weather. Well restaurant is clean that is a plus. Employee's have Poor listening skills. I asked for no cheese. Order had THREE portions of cheese. I understand that sometimes people have problems. Customers have them also. Please leave ur problems at home or outside the restaurant.

This restaurant does NOT have children's games.The staff is very serious. It was fast and they gave us what we asked for. But he doesn't say hello, he doesn't say goodbye, he doesn't say thank you.The spicy Royal Crispy chicken was super tough, seemed overcooked and overheated. We returned it and the girl asked for a new “fresh” one and they already gave us an edible one.The toy they gave us, we have no idea what cartoon it is, they give more and more crappy toys.The bathrooms are nice, but very dirty, and there were only 3 tables occupying the restaurant.Free parking with enough space.
This Burger King is the only b.k. in the valley with great food, but the employees seem to be in a trance. Not friendly , not mad, just there to earn a paycheck.
