I believe it's the last time I'll visit here. Since I was over charged she was having difficulty with the refund, so she asked if I would settle for some guacamole, I said no. Barely an apology for anything, and she didn't want to give me a refund. NRJ.
Very dry and extremely small pieces of chicken and sides were not that good. A little wait time to reveive order. However attendant was very courteous and polite. Previous experience at another location in Florida was great. But this one was a complete turn off due to the food quality.

Convenient location, very good food, and very friendly staff.
Restaurant looked newly remodeled, very nice. Staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately the chicken was burnt, over cooked and dry. The rice and salsa were its saving grace. I love Pollo Loco, however the food on this day was definitely not up to par.
