Is the worse place to stop, it's ruined by adult kids that don't care if you order is right or wrong, you can complain and they don't care, they are there for a check is all and as long as they show up they have nothing to worry about! So don't stop here! There is a newer one on Raul and nolana down the street or a couple miles down south, but worse place to go and traffic is crazy to enter and exit!

Went there for dessert. To start, the young cashier apparently didn't want to be there. She appeared to be unhappy, frustrated, and with no social skills. Asked for a couple of different dessert items, and they were not available. The McSundaes that we received appeared to have been made with anger or frustration. They were very messy with ice cream and chocolate syrup all over. There were other issues, but I'll just keep it short.

Came to the drive through literally 15-20 minutes ago to pick up an online order. I was then told I couldn't pick it up even though the cashier asked for me mobile code to get it ready. What a joke, man. Order somewhere else, folks.

Just a coaching to the manager Maritza, you dont make the customer feel stupid, especially when you were the one that was lost and didnt know how to do their job, you dont say “I dont know” and send me on my merry way. Next time try to figure out the situation to help the customer as your very well equipped employee did. He actually did his Job and found my lost order unlike yourself sending me to another location when it was your location with my order. McDonalds your app needs to do better and coach your managers this isnt the first time a regular employee helped more than your managers on duty.

Worse management ever! Called back after an error on my order manager proceeded to claim it was my fault I responded no!! It's the managers job to make sure the employees are doing their job right! Customers are paying $5 for a happy meal for them just to give you a dollar burger instead of nuggets! Manager rejected to give me her name called coorporate and hope they get a visit soon from management cause it's garbage never felt so offended in my life telling the customer it's their fault they messed up don't like it get a better job ?
