It was the first time I visited Red Robin. Maybe because of the size of the group, but the waitress got several orders wrong and they had trouble finding the correct order to the person. I would rather go to Whataburger, don’t have to deal with getting the food after most had finished eating.

If it says bottomless fries, they meant to put “the kitchen is backed up, I’ll get some out shortly” .What a scam, for over priced burger, Wallbangers is 5star compared to this sham!!Don’t eat here it’s a scam, the only thing bottomless are the lies from the waitstaff, And Red Robin’s Mom.

3-29-24 Wife and I came here as the first place to eat after first arriving in the area. Must say that it is nice to have a familiar place that always delivers good food and friendly service no matter where we are. I had the fish and chips while wife had a southwest salad. Both were good, fish and fries were hot and the refill on un-ending fries came out fast and even hotter. Waiter was attentive and checked on us often to be sure we had all we needed.

We went to Red Robin for the first day of Easter Break, and it was such an enjoyable experience! The atmosphere: 10/10! I loved the way everything looked, especially the room in the back. Staff: 10/10 as well! The staff was incredibly nice, and everything was such a treat! Food: 10/10! Very delicious thank you Red Robin for giving us this treat! ?

Never fails. THEY ALWAYS get the order wrong. Ask for a burger a certain way and the kitchen will send out your order wrong. Then fries arrive burnt and cold. Obviously they've been sitting for a while.Terrible service!!! Never again!!!Don't reply to me that you're sorry. FIX IT!!!
Walked in to have a quick bite with the wife. We were seated quickly no complaints. Then 15 minutes went by and we had no drinks and no serverMade the mgr aware and kindly walked out to never return.
