They closed more than 30 minutes early. This happened 2/16/24, before closing time. I just wanted some donuts :(

I'm new to dunkins and when I first got here the drive thru lady helped me, gave me options and her own opinions, and she even made my drink perfectly. I'm now addicted to the recommendation she gave me (iced pink velet macchiato with sweet cold foam) and I get it every chance I can. Will be coming here probably weekly with how much I love the drinks, donuts, and service. 5 stars!

Make sure you check your order and how many donuts you’re getting. I did an online order and things were missing. They dismissed me at the drive thru window before I could check. I waited and told them I was missing quite a few things, and told them they also only gave me half of my dozen donuts. They said it’s cause we were missing the ones you picked but they could have told me before closing the window on me. On top of that they were missing other parts of my order. They rectified the situation and brought me my things but I still think it should’ve been handled better.

The establishment is clean (and new). But Everytime I've been, they either are out of what I ordered, get my drink wrong, or forget some of my food. I go only because the location is convenient, but honestly my poor experiences make me want to take my money elsewhere.

Woah. I am a Tomball native, I have been here my whole life. When I heard my favorite early morning coffee place, Dunkin, was coming I was ecstatic. Unfortunately the customer service was horrible. I was served with attitude and rudeness. My drink was not correctly made and all in all, my morning was ruined. I recommend driving the 15 minutes to get to a Dunkin with good employees.

This just opened by my house so did my first drive thru this morning to try them out. The donuts are always yummy. Glad there's a new location close by and the nice lady helping was very nice.
