“Last visit I ordered a cherry lime aid rt44... it was good as always but, when I finished it I opened the lid to get the cherry out and there was a Long Black Hair inside the cup! Yuck. I'm grey haired so it was not mine. Idk kinda made me think about how it got in there .Parking: There are 3 stations not working and it's SONIC DRIVE UP ORDER AND GO“

“Went on a Saturday afternoon with the kids, and it was so fun! The gelato was amazing, and they had 12 amazing flavors to choose from! Lorraine (owner) was at the shop and mentioned that she trained with real Italian artisans before opening, and it definitely shows!My son also has a peanut allergy, and since Lorraine makes the flavors herself, at the shop, she was able to confirm with me that no peanuts have ever been inside the equipment! She still has flavors with peanuts, but mentioned that they are added later outside of the gelato making machine. That is safe enough for us!Parking: I was a little worried about parking, but there was a lot (Tomball City Hall's) just off of the main road, right in front of Dottie's. So access was super easy!“

“If I could give this place ten stars I would! The ice cream is homemade and out of this world. The service is wonderful and it has such a homey atmosphere. All of this plus it is very reasonably priced.Kid-friendliness: It is super kid friendly.“

She offered us several samples and came to our table after we received our treats and checked to see if everything was good. We love the misic too! A great experience!“

“If I could give 10 stars, I would. I needed a complicated Rubik’s cube cake last minute for my son who changed his party theme and small cakes were the only ones who answered the call and said yes! The day of, they were punctual, kind and the cake was perfect! My son loved his cake, he was SO happy and all of our guest said it tasted amazing! It wasn’t very expensive either. Great price, great flavor and it looked PERFECT“

“Chill Milkshake & Waffle Bar was very inviting, from the moment we opened the door, as well as super delicious!I noticed that each customer was greeted upon entering this cute little establishment.And this, I feel it makes their visit special. It is very important acknowledging guest when they enter your store.My son is a Type 1 Diabetic, and treats like this are very rare. The on-site manager was very knowledgeable and more than willing to help provide details per the measurements of the ingredients used to make the shake he picked.My son got the Gimme S’More & I got the Orange Creamsicle. Both of which were delicious and beautifully handcrafted.Thank you Chill, y’all RoCk!Kid-friendliness: Very much so! “I have driven by Sweetwaters for almost a year now and finally decided to give it a try. This has been the best choice. Allie, who helped me, was super sweet. I tried her recommendation and she let me sample things until I could find something I liked. Going in, I expected to just buy a coffee and possibly a pastry. Here I am walking out with not one, but two growlers. Amazing customer service and completely reasonable prices. Thank you guys so much for having this gem open :)“

“What a cute ice cream place! Creekside needed this! You can choose froyo, gelato, or ice cream. I had amaretto cherry which was great! Kids loved cotton candy and playdoh (vanilla ice cream with sugar cookie pieces). Will definitely be back.“

“I am not typically a burger person but I am so glad I stopped in to check this place out. This isn’t your typical burger. The burger is a smash burger style, very thin with crisp edges and it just slaps. I ordered the #1 no onions with fries and a drink. Their fries are these amazing shoe string fries which you can have topped with nacho cheese, which is a rare indulgence for me and my other half, but a delightful treat when we stop here. He normally gets the chicken sandwich and tried the spicy chicken sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it. We usually order takeout which I get nervous about as I am not one for cold food, but everything is packaged well and remained crisp and fresh upon our arrival at home. We are a little shy of 5 miles away so it makes it an even better choice when we have the urge for quick dinner. I’ve had only one meh experience here which was an apathetic cashier but haven’t seen them since that time. Overall a great family restaurant for burgers, chicken sandwiches and we just observed recently they have hot dogs and chili and patty melts as well. Their custard is really good too but a bit heavy if you’re not a big sweets eater. Great experience!“

“Updated 9/24/23 Don't come on a Sunday night. It is packed with customers, and the amount of ice cream given is seriously lacking. The ladies working were rushing, but it still took over 10 minutes for the truck in front of us to receive their shakes. I think they should have been asked to pull around and park. Because they were still making the orders for everyone behind them, and they sat there on the counter, melting. Our ice cream was supposed to be two scoops in a cup with M&Ms, and we were thrilled with the amount when we came previously. But tonight, it was BARELY one scoop even though we were charged for two.Friendly employees, delicious ice cream and the flavors are rotated.“

“An above average DQ. Hot food is hot and cold food is cold. Small but important detail that many fast food restaurants have difficulty with. This DQ gets it right.The staff has always been friendly.Steak finger basket with chili cheese fries was yum.“

“I hate to be this person but this time I got 3 ice creams ( 1 trole and 2 milk base ice creams) and they just didn’t taste right, coconut ice cream tasted like fridge as well as the mango trole that I got, I hope they can fix this problem by covering the ice cream at nights and maybe clean the “

“I never knew this place was in The Woodlands till I told my son that I wish we had one here then he tells me that there is one but one week later I moved out of the Arial and back to Houston this whole time I could have been living it up but I love this place always good and this place was very good as well“

“My husband and I are originally from Wisconsin so we know good custard and Handel’s was a good taste of home! A ton of super fun flavors and nice outdoor seating areas. We got the 4 scoop sampler and a dish of Twixster (vanilla ice cream, caramel ribbons, chocolate chunks, and cookie pieces). They also serve a variety of sundaes, shakes and other ice cream novelties.“

“I stop by this location pretty regularly, I have dined in and have been through the drive-thru. I have not been disappointed yet. They have always been friendly and respectful. I have watched the managers walk around and check on their customers. I have spoken to a few of them, do to being a regular at this point. Ariel, Aaron, Steven keep doing what your doing, ya'll are doing a great job. We always enjoy the food. Will definitely continue going to this location.“

“Very clean store with really nice employees. The girl was super sweet and did a wonderful job putting together our box of truffles. It was fun to see all the different types of candies from the past and present. Always appreciate a store that keeps their food store clean and tidy.“

“I enjoyed my strawberry pretty much, wife did not like her chocolate/salted caramel at all. Said it was bland. Was expensive for what we had. Went outside to eat. Music was too loud inside. I like loud good music but this sounded like Chuck E Cheese. The young man that helped us was friendly.“
