I came here to try their cupcakes so I can potentially order for my son's birthday party. And was disappointed. They taste like old box cakes. Idk if that's just the ones that were left over in the case or what. Also, the workers are not friendly or welcoming.

We've been here several times to get pan dulce. The product is pretty good and authentic. Though, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If I go in by myself, the ladies at the register do not speak to me, even when I talk directly to them.... They do not even acknowledge that I've spoken to them. If my husband goes in, he speaks to them in Spanish and he gets a better response but still not much in the way of friendly customer service. Maybe, it's just a family trying to work together but they really need to work on their customer service.Yesterday, my husband went in to pickup some pan dulce. There was a lady picking up a large cake. The big guy waiting on her had partially boxed it but much of the cake was uncovered. She asked him to cover it better, as she needed to transport it in her car. He flatly refused. Just straight up said NO. The lady was so unnerved by this response that my husband asked if he could just use a second box to do a better job of covering the cake. The guy just said NO. So, my husband offered to help the lady out with the cake because she was struggling with it. The guy in the store simply DID NOT CARE to offer any customer service.This will most likely be the last time we go to this bakery.

The prices increased, I understand that, but they shouldn't make the bread smaller, white bread until they run out of what they put, they put it back in the basket.
We get our families birthday cakes here, they’ve always outdone themselves. The service is excellent and the cakes are delicious.

We are always searching for these kinds of bakeries so we were really excited when we found this one.Now, I'll say it wasn't a bad experience. However, it was a bit disappointing. The empanadas are delicious and so were the marranitos. Everything else was just kind of mediocre. They do have some very, very good coffee. It's worth a try.

Bread is nice and soft. The selection of sweet bread was nice and good staff. I wish they had better items for the coffee. They had an open cup full of sugar for everyone to scoop out of.
