today at approximately I went to the subway on 249 in Pinehurst Texas the two young ladies working there were very professional the restaurant was clean and the ladies were just very nice and professional and I think you'll need more employees like that but it's January 26th 2024 and I can't pronounce the ladies names but I think you need more employees like that I've been going to that Subway for a long time and the lady that appeared to be in charge is very professional and I enjoyed the food but I really appreciated the service. you'll need to bring back black olives I don't care if I have to pay more are you at deli or hamburger shop

I’m pregnant, so I come here ALOT. There’s one girl here, Haley, I always see her working by herself and it’s usually busy when she is and she gets the job done perfectly! And she’s super sweet.There’s two ladies that work here however, when they work together, they have gotten my order wrong three times. All three times they have very specifically not added tomatoes when I ask for extra tomatoes. I will try my hardest to only come here when Haley is working because her customer service is phenomenal.

Always a mixed experience at this location. Some employees are fantastic others are clearly kids struggling with their first job. I've had a better time now that they've stopped running out of steak every week and have a functional toasting oven. It's a Subway. Manage your expectations accordingly.

This young lady was working alone with a line of customers (of course we all came at the same time) but she did a Amazing job of making my sub just the way I ordered it. She was kind, smiled and within no time at all, she had no more line. Please provide her the credit that is due for a job well done but most of all her customer service is Top notch ☆☆☆☆☆

Don’t use the mobile ordering app. You’ll get confirmation that the received your order but they never do. This has happened twice. Not very fresh either, terrible location

If I could give this a zero I would. We ordered thru door dash. They took the order 30 mins later door dasher calls and subway girl gets on phone . No sense at all said there system for print out was not working. They couldnt do order however text order and they can fill it. Then 10 mins later has dasher call me and tell me they can’t fill it. Why take the order , idiots and rude. So disappointed Subway. Do better!
