A couple reasons I give this a 1 star. Service was pretty slow, took almost 5 minutes before I could place an order and I was the first in line. 2nd, the bathroom was terribly disgusting. I don't think it had been cleaned since the building was built. 3rd, our burgers were dry, buns burned, and gross.

The service was terrible. The person who took our order was not friendly at all. I ordered the tacos which were horrible. I ordered two banana shakes and requested vanilla on the second shake. When the order was ready, I ask which had the vanilla on it and he said all the banana shakes have vanilla. He could’ve said that when we ordered. I regret leaving a tip

3 on Duty day a day before the big eclipse and service is terrible. The drive thru window guy stays in the window and barley moves. 1 guy making all the food. The front girl is clearly new with zero support trying her best. That poor girl got a call and ran from the restaurant and no one seemed to notice.45 min still waiting for our 2 blizzards.

Went today for the pure white ice cream thatDQ is know for only to get a yellow ice grainy I called and asked why it was different thanThe coveted DQ ice cream they gave me the so call manager and he is not sure but he said it might be over seasoned ( What?)Plains Texas
