Every time i go to Braum's they never fix my food right. The burger's are horrible! I ask for them to toast my buns on all 4 sides & they say yes ok. & never do it. The only reason I go to Braum's is because my patient loves their burgers. & it's sad to say, but I use to love Braum's when I lived in Amarillo & was in high school. lol what a shame! A burger is not a burger if the buns are not toasted on all 4 sides. & a lil greasy. Please do better because it's a hot mess up there!

When we first walked in we thought it was just a grocery store but kept walking and found the fast food part. Young man at the register was nice. Food came out quick and hot. Grandson ate the whole kids burger. Wife couldn't finish the chicken strips but said they were good. Would we go back? Yes!
Absolutely ridiculous to sit in the drive through line for 10+ mins to only be told you have to go inside for a gallon of milk! Then you still have to wait for them to get their orders out as the line doesn't move very fast!! Will NOT be back again!!!!

It needs improvement. The service is slow in and drive thru. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning. The kitchen area and ice cream area is available for all to see and it is dirty. The service could be more friendly.
