As a lot of people must have mentioned not a good restaurant please consider that. I went there last night we had such a terrible experience there. Food was okayish and these people must have hired someone for the fake reviews. There was only one person and he was the only one serving. No other staff. We asked for some green chutney which is never charged generally at any restaurant. But they charged for green chutney too and they asked to pay extra for lemons. We ordered royal falooda and before ordering we asked him will you be making that fresh or will be frozen. He said it will be fresh mam. And then what we get is the entire frozen falooda and when asked him to return that he said "All sales are final" as mentioned in their menu card. Luckily we asked for jalebi too and dint order, for that as well he said we made jalebi fresh but as we are serving with rabdi it will be cold which means again a frozen thing.Then comes the billing part we wanted to split the bill as per dishes and that guy said we can't split the bill you only have to split yourself. Which was weird.These guys already added 18% of gratuity regardless of their service which was not worth it. Very expensive restaurant which was not worth its price.Overall, I will never visit this restaurant again!! Hope you guys read this and don't regret later.

Worst place to go to, service was extremely bad. Whatever you order and if you don't like it, it doesn't matter to the management as they have a policy that all sales are final and fixed gratuity of 15%. The staff was rude and doesn’t care about the customer. Indo Chinese and the curries were tasteless and tasted like leftovers from 3-4 days. Upon requesting the manager to change or ask the chef to make it again, he refused and said thats how we serve it here.

One person who claimed to be manager looked like waiter (young an immature), said if you sit on booth it is added, another person came and started fighting that we add gratuity no matter what. Previous person then started white lying that I didn't say that it is for booth only it is everywhere applicable. Both started fighting. This is ridiculous. Taking advantage of American tipping culture, this restaurant just taking out customers money illegally out of their pocket.

Food was OK but overall bad experience and prices were WAY out of league for what they offer.No paper menus available and QR code won't scan because of the way the light hits it, or so they say. Took 10 minutes and tapped out a phone battery just to see menu. Had a simple chicken curry for $17. Came with a piece of bread but no rice. A side order of plain white rice was $4. So $21 for lunch drinking ice water, over $50 with tip for two of us. So loud we could not hear our very soft spoken waiter at all. Music too loud, bad TV show, all in this was a $12 lunch at best. Would be OK for a quick lunch or carryout if the prices weren't so high. Definitely not going back - too many good Indo Pak restaurants around Plano for this experience. They charge like a much nicer restaurant but just don't provide the service or quality to justify it.

Anyone and everyone can add a review not the people who had their names on the bill, Right?When I posted this on google reviews, the manager commented we didnt bill under this name so stop fake reviews! How petty, seriously!People out there, please don't go with the bot generated good reviews and ratings on google. The food is disgusting & the staff is unapologetic.All the items we ordered were extremely spicy, we asked for a replacement they didnt give any. None of us were able to eat more than 3 4 morsels. Everything was as is on the table.Still the staff was unapologetic, arrogant and ignorant of customer service.

If you wanna see how the owner is, just sort by newest on google reviews and look at the replies by the owners. Downright disgusting.My recent visit to Nchef Indian Cuisine in Dallas turned out to be an absolute nightmare. As an Indian with a strong tolerance for spice, I was appalled by the horrendous dining experience I had at this restaurant. If you value your taste buds and desire even a hint of customer service, I urge you to stay far away from this establishment.Despite specifically requesting a medium spice level, I was served dishes that were saturated with red chili powder and garam masala, rendering them unbearably spicy. The food not only scorched my throat but also wreaked havoc on my stomach. It was as if the chef took delight in torturing unsuspecting customers with fire-laden concoctions.To make matters worse, the service at Nchef was shockingly abysmal. The staff exhibited an appalling lack of competence and seemed utterly disinterested in our concerns. When we bravely attempted to voice our dissatisfaction and asked for a replacement of the dal makhani, our pleas were completely ignored. The audacity of the staff to disregard our request and then proceed to display zero remorse or apology was nothing short of insulting.Nchef Indian Cuisine embodies everything a restaurant shouldn't be - unapologetically spicy food that leaves you in agony, paired with a staff that couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. We just stumbled upon this place. Ambiance was good, music was good. Service was excellent. They accommodated our large party right away. Food came out fast and was fresh. We loved the butter chicken, grilled combo meat platter, samosa, etc. Overall great experience!!! This place is a hidden gem!
Taste only oil..with little spicy kick at the end.... I was so disappointed. I was so excited to try this place with good reviews were showing on google. I ordered butter chicke and I've waited 30min.. to get this food a dinner cost me more than $40 for this and goat thing.. it was blend. I usually finish my food even though it has bad taste but this one. I tried 3 tea spoons and had to throw everything and go different place to grab my dinner. Nann was oily too.. felt like not fully cooked. I was able to taste the raw flour.. not trying this place ever again..

Came across this place on Google one day. Would definitely say it was worth it. The food is amazing, probably one of the best Indian food in Dallas. The Price and quantity is reasonable. We also went there for their mother's day buffet and they had a great option for vegetarians and non vegetarians. If you love Indian food you must try this place.

I don't recommend as this place adds a 15% service charge regardless of the size of the party. I looked at the sign and walked right out. If the service is good, I will tip 20 or more. I just don't like the idea of being charged even if things turn out bad. Sorry folks!
