This place is a complete bait and switch and trash. The cashier knows that their halls have no A/C and it is 83 F inside. Even though knowing they won’t tell you when you are purchasing ticket. After you go inside the hall, you feel extremely hot without Ac and you come back to the counter to complaint and guess what the answer is they will tell you as usual apologize and they will tell you Ac must have been broken (pretend) and instead of changing screen to another hall room ( they could have change) they will say we will refund your money or Watch another movie in another screen room. 1st of all we came to watch the movie we wanted to watch and wait for release. We have to find another hall to watch movie. Complete waste of our TIME and Time is more important than Money for me. AVOID THIS PLACE we had to go another Hall to watch movies

Ticket prices are more economical than the big box movie theaters. They don't have reclining seats, but surprisingly the seats were very comfortable.

We really wanted to support a non-Cinemark/AMC theater. Angelika Plano has a great location, but the experience could have been better. We went for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour movie, which, of no surprise, is a live concert film where dancing and singing is encouraged. That said, the sound in the theater was low enough that you could hear normal talking over the music, and when I asked the staff if they could increase the volume, the first said "I don't work in the film room" and the second had no interest in turning it up either. We were disappointed how small the screen was as well.I could see this place being great for classic films and those that don't need the experience of a big screen and atmos sound, but for this movie, the screen was too small and sound too low.
