Ordered on uber eats but I had to come leave a review. Food was amazing! Hot,fresh, and very flavorful...generous proportion for a good price. Will definitely be ordering from here again! 10/10

Even waiting for 10 min inside the restaurant, there was no one to take the order, painfully the guy was busy on the phone while I was literally in front waiting to be serviced, very bad experience, not worth the time sad to see this restaurant fading out due to poor service

This place always maintained the quality of their food over years. All non veg dishes are extremely gud. My favorites are Andhra Chicken Curry, Chicken 65 and Chili Shrimp.

First thing to mention, they give you a water bottle as soon as you enter , it’s not complimentary, they charge 50cents to the bill. Chennai cafe does the same but they don’t charge.Second thing, they always repeat the same menu most of the week and infact just reheat everything. Food is never fresh and and very limited menu(ofcourse we get what we pay for) but the quality is not good. I have been to both Chennai cafe and Basera same number of times and today would be my last visit to Basera.

The one star is for service. The place is falling apart. Food was not good at all. We ordered the veggie platter, they had no flavor, no spice or kick that you expect from Indian food. Also ordered the Chana batura plate-the worst I’ve tasted in my life. If you’re a South Indian restaurant advertising North Indian food please learn how to cook it. The seats were torn, they had patches on the leather. Floor was sticky and they kept sweeping while we were eating.

I have ordered egg biryani , looks like eggs were not cooked freshly and it may be cooked 3 days before and it smells, it doesnt even look like biryani, what i got was just white rice and boiled eggs (not fresh) nothing more than that , it was not even hot like freshly made . Definitely will not recommend this

Although the chicken biriyani I ordered came in a respectable portion, the flavor of the rice and the chicken did not complement one another.

Hello..!First of all, thanks to owner for a polite behavior. My only concern is with the guy who worked over here named nagaraju, such a rude behavior and abusive words. Personally, I faced unparliamentary words from him in Telugu language. Very cheap words. I don’t think that this kind of behavior is literally worth for a business to run up. I understand and I agree that mistake happens but the one should know and understand the situation which occurred at the moment on either of the sides. Without knowing clearly or without understanding the situation, the one can’t use such kind of abusive words and its totally diminishes the reputation of a business.Thankyou.Kid-friendliness: Please be kind to the one who visits the restaurant either as a customer or as a worker.
