Very rude staff. I went into the cake freezer for a cake and had to move another cake out of the way onto another shelf. The lady looks at me moving the cake and instead of asking if I need help, she goes in behind me to place the rest of the cakes as she wants them in the fridge. She doesn’t ask if I want anything written on the cake at checkout. Just very unappreciative of the business and their customers.

I love Baskin-Robbins because they have so many flavors of ice cream and you get to choose not only one, but how many ever you want I have tried some of these flavors, pistachio chocolate and cherry jubilee. I definitely recommend cherry jubilee for you to try.

What a difference a year makes. I went to baskin Robbins September 3rd around 8:55 p.m. the 2 employees behind the counter were busy waiting on other customers. Once they finished I should have been next. A woman with two kids walked in and they immediately waited on her. WHat? I was standing right in front of the ice cream I wanted. I finally decided to walk out. I told the kid behind the counter I guess you guys just lost my business. The Smart Ass kid said well have a nice night. I went to Henry's ice cream down the street. Their ice Cream is much better and you never get bad service
Wanted to cool off and use my birthday reward with a free scoop and then buy a scoop. I'm trying the Grilled peach ice cream and butter pecan. Both have a southern connection.

Got a sundae, on a Sunday, and it was uniquely BAD. How do you mess it up? Well, first you start with ice cream that is not frozen at the correct temperature, you can tell when they scoop it - you bury it in hot fudge and then you get an item that within 2 minutes is a milky soup over a seabed of fudge and nuts. What flavor is this bite? No idea, because it has all melted together into a grey brown stew. I would say next time, I'll get a quart to go, but at $15 per half gallon, who is gonna do that?

Asked for hand packed and got a quart that was two inches below the top. Asked to have her fill to top and she smoothed it out and stated, "It has enough ice cream". Based on many prior visits hand packed is all the way to the top, and smoothed out. Then asked to use my points and get credit for the sale, and salesperson said, "I don't know how to use it". Next time I'll buy a cookie from the store
