Beer was warm.Fries came out under cooked and took 40 minutes.Chicken took 50 minutes for our first order to come out. Our second order came out shortly after and was cold.Have had much better experiences at other locations.

Stopped by this place on the way home to get dinner to go.Everything was super dry, chewy, overcooked.We’ll probably just stick to the other location closer to home from now on.
The food was an insult to bbq chicken chain. By far the worst I’ve ever had. No flavor and was barely edible couldn’t even chew through it it was just gummy and hard. Paid $32 yet wasn’t given as many wings as I usually get in a medium or as stated on the website which is 16. The wings just tasted like oil that’s it. Not a drop off honey or garlic. I will never come back to this location. Do better I’m so disappointed

Place was clean and cute- simple dining room. Menu is focused, with a nice variety of flavor options. The chicken is clearly cooked to order, so expect to wait about 20 minutes for your food. It was fresh, tender, juicy. The flavors didn’t wow us, but it was an enjoyable experience. Staff was gracious and helpful. Our orders were $14 and $16 for wings and fried chicken, respectively… sides and appetizers ran about $7-12.

The bone in wings were tender.But the boneless were dry, like chicken jerky.To make matters worse, the food left our mouths burning.We used to be very enthusiastic about this place. Crispy juicy chicken, tangy flavors. But now it's like an attack of sodium mixed with dried chicken.Service has always been slow. But when the food was good, it was worth it. I can't say that anymore. Also, there were finished meals all over the restaurant - it wasn't as dirty as some places, but it was far from ideal.For the amount that it costs, I'm not sure I will ever go back.

Ordered online yesterday Oct 10th and ordered 10 pcs Golden Original Drumsticks and medium-size Soy Garlic Wings and it came with pickled radishes. I can see why they are known for the best chicken. My family members liked it and I did too.
Not too bad but chicken was little dry. Also secret sauce was taste little different than other location.

This is some of the best Korean fried chicken I've had, the waffle fries wasn't great though. The staff were really nice. We ordered to go twice and the wait time was a bit long, so next time we will just order ahead of time.

Overfried. Chicken still tender, but not juicy anymore. Separation of skin and meat is too much. Crust too thick. If it’s an American restaurant I will give four stars. But bbq chicken should be better than this. Service and environment are still excellent.

First time here and I tried a few different things (secret sauce wings and hot spicy chicken). 2000/10. I’m a picky eater but I the crunch the sauce and the service were amazing. I think I died for a minute and came back to life. Definitely eat here.
