Boba Guru is such a clean and sleek location. The decor gives a modern and luxurious vibe! I absolutely looooved their drinks!! I HIGHLY recommend the Brown Sugar Boba, that drink tastes like a DESSERT and it is so tasty! The people who work here are so helpful and kind. When I stopped by, I wasn't sure what to order, and they were able to walk me through recommendations and different flavors, which I really appreciated. I got the mango tornado, 50% sugar and brown sugar latte. It's very good, they used real Asian mango. Also they blend it well, luxurious smoothie. The latte is also very good too.

Oh we so wanted to love you... but we waited for you to open on your hours, then we went to Elliotts for 20 min, then we waited some more. Sure wish we could have enjoyed your signature drink, maybe next time. Looking forward to making this five stars!

I wanted to branch out and try new boba places and Boba Guru did not disappoint! I tried the Brown Sugar Boba Signature Latte and Guru Milk Tea w/ boba. Typically brown sugar is overpowering but the latte flavor balanced it out - although it is quite sweet so people who don't have a sweet tooth, beware and opt for less sugar! Personally, I think the boba squishiness is just right since my jaws aren't sore after finishing the drink. My only complaint is that my drink was not packaged correctly. The lid had a hole so when I tried shaking the cup, the tea spilled everywhere. Good drinks though!

Update (6/24/21): Not every drink can be a winner; I don't recommend the signature brown sugar latte. You aren't allowed to adjust the sweetness or ice, but I figured I'd try it since it was their "signature". Boy, what a disappointment. My drink was sweet to the point of almost not being able to drink it (think 120% sweetness at most boba shops). Tapioca was hard - undercooked? Overcooked? I'm not sure. This is the first time this place as missed the mark - albeit by a LOT. I'll still be back because of my past experiences, but I'll definitely be more selective of my drink choice.

i gave this place 3 trials since i did not have good experience. first time i got their signature milk tea and it was so sweet that i have to mix with ice and milk at home. 2nd time i order grapefruit tea and it was bitter( not grapefruit taste, 70% tea taste) and it happened the same when i come back and order grapefruit n milk tea. for their signature milk tea i pour into 3 cups, add extra 100% milk and 200% ice and it still sweet. i gave it to my friends and they also stated it literally sugar drink. whoever like sweet and bitter they prob like this place but im prob not coming back

Cute little place, the one guy working was patient with all my questions and helped me decide what to get (there are a lot of cold/blended options for summer). I ended up going with the strawberry tornado, it tasted like a strawberry cheesecake but with a slushy like texture. I think they may use frozen strawberries, definitely has a real strawberry tanginess to it. Very quick service. Pricing comparative to starbucks.

I got the brown sugar boba signature latte. I will give it two stars because after sitting in my living room for 3 hours, the boba was still very chewy. The last time I bought a drink, the boba was extremely hard as if it had been in the South Pole for a day. The tea was very sweet and every sip felt like pure sugar, save for the occasional boba. I couldn't really taste any of the latte since the drink was so sugary, and this was with 100% ice too.

The Hokkaido milk tea is sooo good with brown sugar boba. I personally don't like their actual boba consistency as other boba places but their drinks are good. Their Brown Sugar Boba Signature Latte is really good. Not a fan of their Thai Milk Tea. I used to get Thai tea wherever I went and it just doesn't taste like normal Thai tea to me personally but I only tried it once from here. Other drinks are good though :) Staff is super nice and friendly and bring the drinks to you. They renovated the place so it's pretty cute. Wish they had board games though!

Reviewing only the matcha milk tea, it had good tea strength but flavor was lacking. I don't think I could taste distinct matcha flavor or got enough creaminess. Employee was friendly. Ample sitting space and a big parking lot.
Really nice staff and ok menu, but I got 4 sips from my drink as it was filled with ice. This ice was jam filled to the top. Won't go back.

Service was great and the cashier was very friendly. Jasmine milk tea was really good. I could actually taste the jasmine flavor. I like strong tea and coffee flavor btw. Boba's texture was good as well, soft and not too chewy. Size was also perfect. Many places charge so much and it only comes in 12 or 16oz cup for large.
