My friend and I stumbled upon this place after enjoying so Kbbq. Let me tell you this place has some of the best milk tea I’ve ever had! And trust me I’ve tried my fair share of boba tea. The Thai tea is absolutely delicious too. I’ll be back to try their Vietnamese coffee and hot milk tea. The owner is super kind and patient. I really appreciate his kindness.

Sorry Bobaland, an ok drink, but 40 minutes wait for a drink? One person working on a Saturday afternoon? Dude takes an order, goes back to start a drink, new customer comes, stops making drink, takes new order. Repeat 10 times, everyone waiting for their drinks! Seriously? never again.

BobaLand is Back! Awesome Drinks!!! Fresh and natural!!!
Every time I go to bobaland the boba is extremely fresh! You can go ten minutes before closing and the boba will still be warm and fresh. Highly recommend! Literally a hidden gem.

The boba is amazing! I go about twice a week. No matter who is working the drinks always taste the same and I love that! I love this place, and will continue to recommend! I get the coconut milk tea with Boba, and Bobaland gets it right every time!

I'd recommend the pandan and Milky Way here. Pandan really tastes like Pandan, although it's a bit chunky. The Milky Way is as advertised; very sweet and almost buttery in flavor. Wouldn't recommend the Pina colada, which had a thick, chalky and unpleasant aftertaste that made every mouthful tough to swallow.

The place is clean and menu is straightforward, we were greeted warmly as soon as we entered the restaurant. They have their commonly ordered drinks up on the wall and I was very tempted to try the Milky Way (it has flan!) But I ended up ordering the taro smoothie with boba. It's quite sweet, I think condensed milk is added to the smoothie and the boba jellies are sweetened as well. Definitely coming back to try the Milky Way next time!Parking: Plenty of free parking.
