Ya’ll gotta come see Megan and say ?? !!!! This is my first time in the Dallas area and this bartender was so welcoming and made the entire experience amazing for me. Thank you, Megan! She is the reason why we will return, but also a great atmosphere if you like sports, music, and a great ambiance! They have vegetarian options, along with great bar food.

Slow, inattentive, and horrible service, cold and forever long taking food, and the ENTIRE staff are VERY disrespectful.No manager on duty; was told to wait 45min for one to come in. Sat at bar and did not get quick service although no one was there. 15 min to get drinks, the food came out cold and had to go the bar to request a remake because server never came back at an empty restaurant. Food came out single/separately so we could not eat together and at once. The remake took so long to come out and we had to ask the runner to go get the server so we could request another beer, request water and request napkins. Fries HAD NO SEASONING.Multiple charges!!!!!!!!! The server closed the card before showing us a receipt, where we found that there were numerous mistakes and extraneous fees. When we attempted to speak to someone, the staff was rude and unhelpful yelling “I’m just a server, there is no manager here”.Very disappointed. Horrible feeling being disrespected when we came to a nice area for some good food.

Just bad. Came with a group of friends.The food was overpriced and disappointing. The beer sucked, I asked for two different beers that they said were on tap and they were out. I just ordered a cocktail and some parmesan fries and they were OK, but all the other food wasn't good. The cheese sticks were kinda bland and the pizza just didn't taste good at all. My friend ordered a Shiner and it was awful, it tasted stale and nasty.Servers weren't really bad but they were just kinda inattentive. It's like this place isn't even trying to retain business. They even overcharged our cards, something about a 4% charge for using card like what? There was also a faint scent of cigarette smoke that we smelled up as we were chatting, despite the numerous no smoking signs outside of the building.We won't be coming back.

The bar has a cool atmosphere and friendly staff, but the hot temperature in there made it difficult to enjoy time (fans weren't even on) and the food was average. Drinks were good though.

Bottle Rockets Bar is a super cool sports bar located in The Shops at Legacy, on the corner of Legacy Dr and Bishop Rd.Bottle Rockets has two levels, with an upper deck area that extends outside over the patio area below. There was an arctic blast that was rolling through the area so there was no way anyone was going to eat outside this time. When the weather warms up, I'd definitely eat outside on the upper deck though!I think they had about a dozen beers on draft, canned beers, and of course a full bar. We initially decided to go with a couple buckets of beer, but turned out they may have ran out of canned beers for the buckets. In the end we had a couple of pitchers to go along with a few pizzas. The pizza are really good with a nice crispy crust.Bottle Rockets has a couple dart boards, a pool table, basketball game, and a couple stand up arcade games on the 1st level. The arcade games do take quarters, but don't worry, they have a change machine.Our server was super attentive and friendly, we never had to search for her, she did a great job.They have like a zillion TVs so you really can't complain about not being able to see what's on TV.Cool place, I'd go back again.Parking: There 's a few spots in front, but the spots are shared with the mall.

The service here is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant no one wanted to help us and it wasn’t until we complained a second time someone helped us, the food is overpriced and cold if it wasn’t for the spice it woudnt have been even close to being edible. It’s a shame because the vibe inside is a party. Yeh bar had better service and the staff actually wanted to help us.
Went here for a work night to get some food, play darts and play pool. Contrary to some of the other reviews, the waitress we had was good. She was over frequently to ask if we needed more drinks and helped us out with our food order. The food itself was pretty good and reasonably priced.
Came in for the cowboys game. Latino guy in the red falcons hat (jay?) was working that bar. Customers were surrounding the bar and he was making sure everyone was tended to. Great customer service and extremely kind. Love coming here!

My favorite waitress who always, in my opinion, made this place worth coming, was fired over a money dispute. Not only that, the quality of drinks has gone wayyyyy down. Tons of overpouring!!! My drink was wayyy too strong i couldn’t even enjoy it i just stuck with water. As for the food… I used to love the pizza as it always would come out PERFECT! But for some reason, the kitchen is slacking. Crust was extremely doughy and undercooked, not enough cheese, just overall not great. Sucks to say but I’ll have to find a new sports bar. Maybe find out where my favorite waitress went to.

I love this place, it is right across the street from our office and is a regular hangout spot for our colleagues!The service is great, the upstairs area is our go-to sport-watching area near the office with a pool table and arcade games as well.Parking: It is a parking garage across from the place, it can get busy on weekends.Wheelchair accessibility: It does have a ramp and an elevator to take you to the second floor.
