The cashier was super friendly and made a lot of small talk with us. We ordered the bourbon vanilla and a strawberry shake. The strawberry shake was the perfect thickness with nice flavor and of course whip cream on top. The bourbon vanilla was super small but I guess for the price it was an okay amount. There was nothing special about the ice cream, it tasted like vanilla with a hint of alcohol, it needed something more but I’m glad we tried it and the shake was definitely enough to make us come back.

I fell in love their Jack Daniels Bourbon chip Ice cream on the first visit. The problem is that they staff that space with only one unsupervised person. As a result, that person gets bored, and leaves their station a lot, causing me to have to wait around 5-10 minutes sometimes. There was someone present Only 2 of the 5 times I've been there. This is a terrible way to run a business, so I suspect they wont last long.

A few months ago, I had a scoop of Jack Daniel's Chip ice cream. It was delicious and I got a nice, large scoop. I went back today and ordered two scoops of regular ice cream. The price was $1 less for each scoop. I assumed it was because it wouldn't contain alcohol and that the portion would be similar. I was shocked at how small the portion was. It was more like a miniature scoop than anything I have ever gotten at an ice cream parlor. It must have been at least half the size. I even wondered of they were out of the normal cups and using sample size. The ice cream itself was delicious, but the portion was a huge disappointment. I won't be back. It's just not worth the price. On a side note, the staff seem to hide in the back. The first time I went there, someone from the ramen restaurant across the way had to call for a worker to come out to serve me. I'm not usually one to complain about this, but it looks strange.

I would leave 0 if possible. I got two sundaes. No vanilla available? How? Also after we paid we were informed they didn’t have raspberry purée for my girlfriend l. Spent 14 bucks and threw everything away. Buyer Beware. Do not recommend, Dairy Queen is better and hey they have the ingredients required to make what you order. I will never be back.

They have posted signage for an $8 infused milkshake. After paying, I realized they charged $12. When I asked why, they said, “the owner said we just charge $12”. They also said the owner has been aware of this discrepancy, but won’t fix it. And this is a digital TV sign that’s easy to change! We also suspect there are additives used in the ingredients, because both my wife and I have mild headaches.

Wow, super delicious ice cream. I got a single scoop of vanilla bean ($4), and it was definitely the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time. So creamy and not overly sweet. Just perfect. I’ll be craving another scoop soon, that’s for sure.

We had the Midnight in Paris sundae and a Bourbon Vanilla shake with a little added rasperry sauce. The sundae was tasty but I think we expected something more special. The price for each was about $7.50.

Interesting take on ice cream but not upset at all! If you’re 21+, I definitely recommend you grab a refreshing drink!

Milk shake was more milk than anything else. For $12 it was trash.

They have a nice variety of ice cream to choose from! The alcoholic styles were pretty interesting! I got the Margot Robbie Strawberry Shake, and you could tell the alcohol was pretty strong still. My beither and I went late and they ran out of some flavors so definitely go earlier if possible!

I really liked the shake, but the customer service was lacking. I felt like I was bothering the two behind the counter. Was bothered a little that the employee didn't listen to our order. We asked for no whip cream and she added it and then scrapped it off.

This is such a great place to get some unique ice cream. My sister & I love getting kahula coffee & vanilla bourbon we love how the staff is always friendly, especially when other people seem to be silently judging us about getting ice cream on a cold day lol

This is located inside the Legacy West Food Hall, we came on a Saturday evening around 7pm and every store was packed. The soft serve and ice cream are pretty good, we got the mint cookie and vanilla flavors, both were great. It's a little on the pricey side, but then again I feel like every stall is on the pricey side inside Legacy Hall :)I did have to wait a while even after I was at the front of the line though, otherwise it was a good experience.

Midnight in Paris was delightful! Subbed the chocolate soft serve for vanilla and YUMMY YUMMY YUM YUM! It was the best! Ordered also just a regular vanilla bean cup and it was good too. Can't give the 5 stars bc there's not a big ice cream variety and the service was slow.Getting an extra set of hands during the weekends might be helpful since its kind of a busy place . Would like to be back and try a Boozy Shake!
