Tip: You do have to spend at least $10 for them to take your credit/debit card. This is a adorable little bakery hidden inside Jusgo Supermarket. If you have family who have cravings from specialized Chinese treats and hard to find pastries, this is the place. The almond cookies are the best you could ever have. My family adores the egg tarts and I'm a forever fan of their glorious durian puff pastries. It's light, flakey, full of flavor plus you're supporting local people. What's not to love?

Being there since they first opened, always like their bread even ownership is changed.

Great place. It is so yummy and fresh. Moreover, the price is cheaper than other bakeries! I chose breads at random and they were all delicious. Moreover, I really liked the glutinous sticky rice with meat fillings. They take cash and cards. I believe card has a minimum of $5.00.

Love their bread! Decent price as well! They always have so many fresh options! Would love to try their cake in the future. The store owner also really friendly.

The cupcake breads (not sure the exact english name) are probably the best I've found in the metroplex

This place never fails to serve fresh pastries. I recommend trying their cakes as it is pretty good quality.

They've changed their name but the baked goods are all the same.I love coming here to buy their Portuguese egg tarts. The egg tarts here are amazing and I always eat them too quickly before I can take a picture. Bad news is the egg tart prices keep going up and up and it's getting to the point where it's too expensive and not worth buying anymore (in my opinion), but it is delicious. My family and I aren't as big on the breads, but their breads are slow and fluffy and usually in the light side of flavor which I do like. But the portion size is on the smaller side.I recently ordered and bought a cake from them for the first time and they didn't disappoint. I got a regular vanilla fruit cake and it was SO GOOD. The cake was, like their breads, soft and fluffy. It was filled with fruit and decorations with fruit was free too. I will definitely come back in the future to order more cakes.

The owners are so nice, the egg tarts and cakes are great, the cranberry shortbread cookies are my fave. We got a cake for our wedding anniversary that was amazing.

Good Chinese Bakery - Proportionally of their “Wife Cakes” & “Buns”: Less Fillings to Plenty of Pastry & Bread - Conveniently Located Next to Jusgo Asian Supermarket!

My husband and I love their Chinese pastries. The service is always excellent and we're greeted warmly. Their egg tarts and cakes are great, but the real action is the various buns and pastries. I am a HUGE fan of the taro, purple yam, and custard varieties. My husband loves their red bean and the chocolate red bean pasties. They also have a good selection of savory buns/pastries. My favorites of those are the chive and the hotdog ones. We've also had their moon cakes. If you visit, get an egg tart and custard bun to start. You won't be disappointed. Then, just work down the menu.Be advised that they prefer cash for purchases under $10. Solution: stock up on a variety of buns. ^_^
