We found small chicken bones in all of our sandwiches.Also Buns noticably have shrunk in size. Quality has definitely gone downward. On a positive note, cashier was a cool guy.

Charley's is definitely one of my favorite places to get a cheesesteak, the food and service is always amazing... This was my first time at this location and i truly love the atmosphere... I purchased the Philly cheesesteak with fries, the food was fresh hot and delicious... This place is a must try ❤️It's definitely a 10/10 for the win ?

Ordered delivery and they didn't deliver my sides I paid extra for. I submitted a ticket through the delivery app but because they don't show sides separately on the receipt, you can't get refunded if they short you.Edit: per the response below, it was Doordash, not Uber eats and cheese fries not cheese sauce... but glad to see that lack of attention to detail remains consistent. And no they did not refund it because the way you do your tickets on there doesn't itemize the upcharges on added sides. So no they didn't refund my $4 for the cheese fries not in my order because I did receive the sandwich.
