Do NOT go here. I go to chipotle regularly and never had any issues but my first time trying this location it was dirty and I found a dirty yellow finger nail in my bowl. Due to this I’ve been sick for almost two weeks! Save yourself all the trouble and eat somewhere else.

Yeah this ball of rice is fresh. I ordered chicken & beef Barbacoa. Do you see any meat? Not to mention it looks all types of shaken up & dug in.

The stored opened 11 minutes late and when they finally let us out they didn’t let me add all my sides and add ons because they didn’t have all the food trays out yet. The lady’s attitude was rude and unwelcoming and on top of that I couldn’t customize my bowl the way I wanted to.

Not sure who staff was today but very Nasty attitude!!!, had to ask for fresh ingredients!!! just bad all the way around...this location needs to get it together!!!! And as dirty as the grill is you'd think they'd be a little nicer...health inspector check in!!

Prices continue to go up at Chipotle. Customer service and quality continues to go down. I'm sick and tired of the online ordering process not working. Sick and tired. Why is there always an issue? I wait outside in my car until the time the app says the order should be ready. Get inside only to find out they haven't even started on the order. This time I went and they didn't even had the information about the order so I had to tell them what I wanted. Complete waste of my time. And the quality goes way down in a situation like this because instead of completing the order at regular speed, the employee is rushing through since the customer is waiting on an order that should have been completed already. Stop apologizing and fix the system. Once is an honest mistake. Multiple times and you have a systemic issue that needs to be addressed. I wish you would spend as much time working to fix these issues as you do increasing prices across the board.
