I had t been into a Chuck E Cheese for about 40 years. Bummed the animatronic animals are gone these days, but our 5 year old boy still had a great time dancing to the kids music videos. The pizza was surprisingly good! We intentionally went on a quiet night and the 90 min unlimited gaming was the way to go. You might be better off buying a certain number of points on a busier day.

Giving 2 stars for the atmosphere provided by the guests.Came here on what seemed to be the slowest day of the week which you would think would be the best day for the employees. Unfortunately upon arrival we were met by an elder woman who seemed to be just as miserable as possible. Purchased multiple cards of two hours of play .And when I say not one smile was returned its exactly what I mean. The absolute only person who was anywhere near professional and more than willing to provide service was the young man who was apparently a pizza cook. But more helpful than anyone out on the work floorThe two people whom I can only assume were manager and maybe assistance manager were just atrocious to deal with. Manager came out just once to make a point about my son changing from his quality urban air socks in the trampoline area to this measly sheer socks with what is supposed to be grip on the bottom . Then stomped his way back to the back as if he had the longest and most busy evening ever. I'm going to go into detail here because it's necessary. Nobody standing in or near kid check ,but two teens sitting at the trampolines texting and on their phones the whole time. I guess that's not a care anymore just climate kid check all together if no one is ever there.No light sugar options for anyone with diabetes. Truly not many options at all. And God forbid we ASKED for anything from the elderly lady up front even just conversation was a hassle. After our play time was over we were able to get to the counter where we are able to redeem our tickets the elderly woman ONCE AGAIN was so bothered to do her job of reaching in the counter and giving out the tiny toys to our three boys who are all under the age of 9 she even huffed puffed and rolled her eyes as the boys decided on their prizes. The person who was in the chuck e cheese outfit was completely lost and didnt even care to attempt the dance. I brought my family out to celebrate my sons fourth birthday last minute and chose this location because of the area and reviews but I am very sorry to say it didnt meet my expectations as far as customer service. 2 stars for the games working and the food coming out hot... hot enough to burn my hand as i walked back to my table with the tin pizza trays .The employees working the floor were far beyond rude and nowhere near helpful .The website says theyre closed on tuesdays dont let these lazy people fool you into thinking they arent there working for pay . Even though they dont act like it. Didnt recieve a smile a friendly greeting or even get a response to my "thank you and have a great night" i truly hope that this message gets to the employees who worked the evening of march 26 2024. If you all dont want to work in the service industry please find another occupation. When guests choose to come to your place of employment we expect at least a smile especially at this type of family establishment

This is our second time here. Our 5 year old son loves it. The pizza is a little better than what I remember from the last time we came. The trampoline jump area is a nice addition. It is a bit pricey compared to back in my day. But the smile on my son’s face and his excitement makes it all worth it!

I had my daughter’s 6th birthday here on Saturday. It was a good experience overall. However, if you have a 2.5 hour option for a party I would suggest that. The 2 hours seemed a bit rushed. The place was very clean.

Horrible experience. Paid for a birthday party at this location. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I should have read reviews myself before booking. The woman manager with reddish blonde hair was completely horrible. I nicely let her know that one of the staff members threw away actual toys that were on my kids cakes. They weren’t small, so I’m not sure how that happened. She laughed in my face and said “ok….” when I told her the Buzz Lightyear was my 4 year old son’s favorite toy and I really wanted to find it.. She tried to tell me that the trash was already taken to the dumpster, which clearly wasn’t true when they can’t even take out the trash in the bathroom. (And the party had just ended) After asking 3 employees to please find my kids toys that they mistakenly threw away, one of them came out of the kitchen with two out of 5 of the toys (even though they were altogether). Ps, the host also threw all party favors that I bought in the trash as well before kids were able to grab them. Our host didn’t once announce my kids names over the microphone to tell our party to come to the table for pizza or cake or even the dance party with Chuck E. Cheese. In fact, she LIT the candles on BOTH cakes and sang happy birthday without my kids(the BIRTHDAY KIDS) even being present ??♀️ Horrible experience. Stay away from this location if you’re considering a birthday party. Save your money and go to Nickelrama or Playstreet

It was the first time at this location and taking my two boys to a Chuck E Cheese. The pizza was excellent and they had a blast. 1 of my complaints is that that women's bathroom was a bit of a mess and the large stall was clogged when we arrived and even when we left. My 2nd complaint is that some of the games did not function or function properly. A couple of the skee ball machines did not work. The water game gun was spitting water and lots of air vs an actual water stream into the target. The puck appeared to be missing from the air hockey game. Luckily we had all you can play passes and still had fun.

We celebrate my grandson birthday here. We did everything online, and the service and price were everything we expected. We didn't go over our budget, and we did everything as described in the package. My grandson had a big party and more people came than expected. The young lady who helped us was wonderful. She did her job and more. She went her way to help us and everything. She would be a reason I would come back. I believe her name was Bridget. The young lady did what needed to be done. Thank you to Chunk E Cheese for a wonderful experience.

The kids and I had fun each time we visited. I especially enjoyed the basketball and ski ball so I could have some old skool fun ? the picture booths are majorly upgraded from the old black and white and grainy photos from years ago. Miss the tokens, but the cards are easier than tokens and tickets. Pizza and drinks are delicious. There are new trampolines. All in all a good experience.Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly

Our party host Sienna was such a sweetheart and a hard worker! She went above and beyond keeping us updated and taking care of us. We were very lucky to have her! She also let my mother in law help my son with the ticket blaster and was caring that she took her time getting in and we really appreciated that.Also Justyce was great as Chuck E and made my sons day coming out. She did a great job at paying attention to my son while everyone else is coming up too during the birthday Chuck E time.Kerica was awesome and very sweet and informative. The day before the party she answered all 1000 of my questions and seemed happy to do it. Then when I met her at the party she helped figure out the tickets and helped my son who has autism choose his toys.It can take a little long for him to choose and she stayed very patient and nice even though was the end of the night and we really appreciated that.Guillermo was very kind also, he was operating the jump area and he understood my son had autism and was very nice helping which we also appreciate when people understand and are caring.He also helped with my bill and made sure everything was right and took his time to make sure.This location has a great team that makes you feel special.Everything was very clean presentable also! Food was especially great too!!Please do something nice for them all.They really stood out doing great
