Amazing food. Lobster ravioli and meatball appetizer was fantastic. The Rigatoni was like nothing we've ever had before and is now our most-craved pasta dish. Chocolate cake, atmosphere, and excellent service - looking forward to our next outing there!

Came here for lunch last week on a whim while driving by. I was pleasantly happy with how great it was. I ordered the chicken parm, and the server told me it was really big and would be almost 2 meals. SHE WAS RIGHT! It was awesome the next day. Service was great, kept checking in on me. Even gave me a piece of Tiramisu for my 50th birthday! :). Really liked this place and you should try it.

Ordered Chef’s Pasta and the Cibo Rigatoni through Door Dash. Ended up with Chicken Marsala and Chicken Fettuccine. Not sure what the heck happened or who was handing out the orders. Thankfully, my wife and I like chicken. If they can’t get an order right through an online app god only knows what else is happening inside. Definitely will never give this place another $.

The appetizer calamari is very crispy and tender, love it. The food is slightly above average but not that amazing. But our waitress Madison is just amazing. She make the whole meal more enjoyable.
We really wanted to like this place. After reading all the 5-star reviews, our hopes were high. The people were all very nice and the space is well decorated. They sat us in a booth in the center of the restaurant under some loudly buzzing mechanical noise. When we asked our server if he could hear it, he said no. We called the hostess over to ask about it and she said there was work going on in the shopping center. She offered to move us to another booth where the noise was less so we did. We ordered a salad at our waiters suggestion. It was good. The rest of the food came out quickly after we ordered. The pizza crust wasn't cooked through and was gummy and doughy. Meatballs were sparse. Chicken Marsala lacked seasoning and I had to add salt just to coax out some flavor. We were underwhelmed with our food and couldn't understand where all the high ratings came from. One other off putting thing....as they cleared and cleaned nearby tables, they sprayed some lemon scented cleaning product. Not what I want to smell when I'm eating. It made me wonder if we were close to the bathroom. This restaurant boasts a Michelin star chef but this wasn't chef driven food at all. It was average at best. There are other mom & pop Italian spots in Plano with better food and lower prices. That's where we'll go next time.

Excellent food and service. Cibo has the best pizza we've found yet in Plano but the rest was quite good, too--the mussels were fresh and flavorful, my wife said the lamb was tender, and the lobster ravioli was different and flavorful. Nice ambience, too.

Very cute atmosphere, the food was amazing, huge portions, reasonable prices and outstanding service. We were very surprised by a quality of service and a food for such place. We will definitely come back here to try out other dishes. The only point I want to mention is that, they don’t have a kids menu but, I think it shouldn’t be an issue, you can order some sides or share your meal with your little one. The portions are huge.

Wife and I ordered tea and we got gold peak in a plastic bottle served in a glass with ice but if you can’t even brew fresh tea what kind of short cuts are you taking with your food? we had to walk out after letting the waiter know we were leaving he knew it he said don’t worry seems to happen often. Also under staffed if the staff isn’t sticking around neither am I!! Oil and bread were terrible also, smh

Very nice Italian food and big portions. They accommodate big parties and the service is great. Upscale and cozy ambiance nice for a quiet date or casual night with friends. Lobster ravioli and pizza were very tasty and so were the salads. Be careful with your order the portions are big and meant to be shared
