Went to Costco today, as we do every weekend. We stopped at the food court on our way out, as we usually do, got slices of pizza and a sundae. We had to ask for foil for the pizza slice and a lid for the sundae. We shouldn't have to ask for these items. The Asian lady working in the food court was very disrespectful!!!

Tire Department is dishonest.They were fine when I purchased tires from them.But were dishonest when I went for a simple tire rotation (non-Costco tires).Front tires should have been installed to the back as they were 8/32".Rear tires should have been installed to the front as they were 6/32".Simple.They charged for a service but never performed that. My tires have the same thread as before the service.6/32" rear, 8/32" front. I don't know what kind of "tire rotation" they did but they didn't switch the tires.Never refunded. And arguing with my bank that they did it.Dishonest place.

Terrible Customer Experience at McKinney, Texas Location - Urgent Attention RequiredTo whom it may concern,I am writing this email to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the terrible experience I had with two of your employees at the McKinney, Texas location on Sunday, July 9th, 2023, at 6 PM. As a long-standing Costco member for over 20 years, I have experienced exceptional customer service at various Costco locations across the country. Regrettably, the McKinney store fell significantly short of meeting those expectations.The incident occurred when I visited the store to pick up a watch that I had purchased. I approached an employee, whose name I unfortunately could not obtain as he hastily removed his vest, claimed to be off-duty, and hurried away. Another employee, who identified himself as the manager (Nith), proved to be equally unhelpful throughout the encounter.When I inquired about the watch, I asked the first employee if it came with a battery as it was not functioning. His initial response was disheartening, as he curtly stated, "I don't know, I gave you the product you purchased." Sensing his uncooperative attitude, I requested either his assistance or for him to direct me to another employee at the watch display who could provide the necessary information. He then reluctantly contacted someone via radio, who informed us that the watch required movement or exposure to light/sunlight to function properly. Rather than conveying this information to me directly, he merely gestured towards the radio conversation as if that was an adequate response. Additionally, I asked if the watch came with instructions, taking into account the store's closing time and the apparent rush among the employees. While standing there, I mentioned that I have worked in various customer service roles for over two decades, and his response was far from helpful or customer-oriented. As a paying member, I expect a certain level of service, but instead, he began making excuses and dismissively raised his voice, saying, "I don't need to hear this," before abruptly walking away without providing his name, despite my request.Subsequently, I approached the self-proclaimed manager, Nith, seeking assistance. I calmly explained the issue I had encountered with the unnamed employee. However, to my astonishment, Nith responded by stating, "I can't help you, not the way you are acting," as if my justified frustration invalidated my right to receive support. His dismissive gesture and mannerisms further conveyed a lack of professionalism and a disregard for the duty of a manager.I have never, in all my years as a Costco member, experienced such a blatant disregard for customer service. Nith's lack of preparedness or willingness to address customer concerns, along with his handling of this situation, is deeply concerning. Moreover, I have heard similar stories from several friends who have also chosen to discontinue their patronage at the McKinney store due to its poor customer service. Sadly, my experience today has validated their accounts.Given the severity of this incident, I kindly request that someone in a position of authority addresses this matter promptly. I believe it is crucial to rectify this situation and ensure that future customers receive the high level of service Costco is known for. I hope to hear from you soon regarding the actions that will be taken to address this issue.

Would be nice if you called and someone answered the phone. Ok place to get some deals but not others. Tires are good only due to road hazard inclusion. You can never get someone on the phone

I'd give zero stars if I could. When standing in the self checkout line the associate said "folk there are 2 lines and there are others registers open."When we moved to make a second line (and we weren't the only ones to form a new line) she then said there's only one line. When we referenced what she just said she raised her voice and responded "that's not what I said" and pretty much called us liars. She was very rude and abrasive and not at all professional. We ended up leaving our cart and not purchasing anything. The one star would be for Bill at the front door who was very friendly and welcoming

You know those times when someone unexpected simply inspires you? I'm sitting at Costco for the third time in 2 weeks to get new tires. I mentioned to my wife last week that Jesus at the tire place has a great attitude, and was very helpful. He saw me walk in to order my tires which I had priced out a week earlier and he remembered my name, the car and tire size. Guy must have had 200 customers that day. I'm not a very memorable guy. Today he spots me sitting around the food court waiting for the tires to be installed and takes the time to stop and greet me by name. Then goes on to help the next customer with that same smile and enthusiasm. So I'm inspired today because I do the same job everyday and there are those tough days. Today I'm taking a page out of Jesus's book on customer service and good attitude. Thanks Jesus - hope Costco management reads this and recognized you. Happy New Year.

Absolutely love the service here. The location is always clean, the staff is always very helpful. Today Muhanad took care of me and went above and beyond. Would recommend this location always!

I like their selection but was very disappointed with the checkout process today. They turned me away from self-checkout twice because I had too many items even though there were empty registers at self-checkout and waiting for the other added 15 minutes to my shopping time. When the customer in front of me finished checking out I had to wait for her to hear a sales pitch on the executive membership. If this is the new norm, I'll shop here less often.

My review is for the optometrist. My visit was great. The test was quick, the test lens were perfect, and my prescription came out spot on as well. I've never had an optometrist who got it right. I definitely recommend!
