I've normally never had a problem with this place, but whoever thought it was okay to send a burnt pizza thinking it would be fine, is out of their mind. Whoever was working the night I got this pizza really should not give pizza to other people. This is ridiculous. I don't know how you could burn a pizza this bad and think a customer would actually eat it. Other than that, You guys have been pretty upstanding but this is upsetting. I know you're going to give me a free pizza, but the fact that I have to comment on this is just absurd.

BEWARE of what you eat from this store.. You may not get what you ordered.. We recently ordered a pasta primavera from this location through their website this was supposed to be a pure vegetarian pasta but what we received shocked us cos it had chicken and bacon in them.. Upon inquiring, got to know that they added them on purpose and they call it their own local twist... further more the attitude of their staff including their manager was really bad they don’t know what is customer service and they were really rude.. their staff told me if they can do mother pasta without bacon and chicken else he’ll give partial refund.. Take it or leave it this is what’s their attitude.. Even if you’re dying of hunger please don’t even think about this place.. WORST..

Had gotten 2 pizza ate 2 of each come back a hour later take box outta fridge and had Biggs crawling outta the pizza and had bad stomach pain don’t eat

Today we placed a carry out order of 8 wings and to our surprise the order came with only 6 wings but they surely charged more than $10 for it. When we called the store they were very rude and in the end they didn’t apologize just asked if we wanted to drive all the way back for the 2 wings they never offered a partial refund hence all the time we have to wait every time we place an order after their promised time. I suggest you open your food before you leave because they simply don’t care about the customer. Terrible store with very rude team members.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza. Got two cheese pizzas instead. It wasn't busy in the store. I was quite disappointed; I was looking forward to pepperoni. Guess I'll go to pizza hut or something instead next time.

On occasion the dough consistancy is s wrong a d I had a problem with management once. Also, 50% of the time the pizza slices aren't cut all of the way through

Ok, it's Domino's. So this is a review of Domino's level pizza, and as such, this place FAR exceeds every other Domino's in the area. The orders are accurate and timely. Car-side it's fast. Literally if I go to any other Domino's (Murphy is closer and absolutely fails to execute on all the above) my whole family knows it and complains.
This location is fantastic! The thin crust cheese pizza done with a pie cut instead of square cut is the bee's knees! The crew is always super nice and the guy with the long brown hair and glasses is a pizza master. Thank you guys again for making "pizza night" a super great experience for my niece and nephew every week.

The service you receive inside their doors is AWESOME! I believe they have a knack for finding the last of the kind people to be their employees. Their pizzas have certainly improved over the years... the new robust marinara sauce has great flavor! There is just one thing that bothers me... Their Italian sandwich would be good if it wasn't baked too long. The sandwich is always too hard for me to eat. Besides that 1 thing which could very well be a personal problem with these English teeth of mine... I could not find any other fault with this location. They are very fast and friendly considering that they are ALWAYS busy!! They are obviously popular in my neighborhood!!!

Asked for extra sauce and got literally none. They did offer to make me a new one but I didn't really have time to go all the way back. I'll change my review if my order gets made right 1st try next time. For now the customer service is good.

There's no sauce on this thing at all barely any meat and the shorty that took my order talking about a special recipe I never had this problem in Mckinney hopefully we can get less excuses and attitude and more pleasing the customer
