I order from this location a couple of times a month and I have to say I’ve never had an incorrect order, the food is always hot and fresh, the driver is courteous and prompt. Just all around awesome location!
We never received our pizza after charging our card. Had to drive to the store because they do not answer the phone. Said order complete and we never received it. Ridiculous

I apologize, of course, but according to what principle are prices set in this pizzeria? Why buy a large pizza with a 2 liter coke when I pay $24 and a small pizza with nothing for $19?

Tonight this is the third time we have "attempted" to order from this location, the first two instances the pizza came burnt and cold once it finally got to us. This time we ordered two pizzas, very simple a cheese and pep, and not only did it take over an hour to hit the oven, but after 15 mins of a quality check they just canceled the order on the app with no reasoning. When we called the store to clarify the young worker answered the phone, said we have to hold and then just hung up on us..... three times over. On our forth call he simply stated "we don't have time for more orders go somewhere else" and hung up. Never ordering again and do not recommend this location, which is sad because our old location in Richardson was amazing.

I came in store to place an order the lady at the front counter had great customer server an a great over all attitude I’ll go back to see Taneisha anytime thanks dominos for a more than wonderful

They left off half of my ingredients. Ordered online so it should be printed out right in front of them. Would not give credit for a new pizza. I guess you don't have to be able to read to work here.It's been a over a week since Thursday, October 5 when I ordered a pizza online and they left off half of my ingredients. I wanted a replacement pizza for another time but they would not give me a credit. After I posted my one-star review, there was a quick response from the "owner" asking me to email with suggestions on how to earn a five-star review. I sent an email that night and received a phone message the following Monday asking me to give him a call so he could take care of my concerns. When I called back, he sent a text saying he was too busy to take a call and to please text him. I texted him an account of my negative experience. He texted back saying he was sorry for not answering the phone and asked if he could return my call shortly. I replied sure.That was a week ago and I have not received a call or text or email. Its no wonder the employees don't care because the "owner" or whoever I was communicating with doesn't care either. Stay away from this Domino's. They don't care.

The pizza is good, friendly, but they should be more careful because they are talking over the food without protection and it is not healthy or pleasant for those of us who finally receive this food. The Company has cameras everywhere, so they knows about this, they must educate the younger ones, so that they work better.

Pizza and wings arrived COLD 53 minutes AFTER the estimated time of arrival. Pizza was missing 1 of the toppings, and we were charged $2.00 for the extra topping. Wings were undercooked and barely had any sauce on them... They were ICE COLD. No one answered the phone... This place is HORRRIBLE.
