Just had the most awkward experience. I selected contactless delivery. The driver proceeded to bang on my door. Asked me to sign the receipt. When I handed it back to him he proceeded to hand it back to me and say “there’s a place on there to write a tip.” Very unprofessional.

The older woman at the counter really needs to know what she's doing... Gave her my name for and order said no I don't have under that name but gives the full pronunciation... Says check with 909 spring Creek so I drive in the other direction because I've made a mistake too... Not there... Go back to this location... Asked her to verify my phone number... My order is there !!!! She doesn't know that Patti is the diminutive of Patricia !!! Just wasted time and gas because she didn't ask for verification via a phone number.... Tried to do same thing to my daughter on a different order... !!!! I'm 72 myself but not likely to make this kind of mistake and inconvenience a customer ?

I will never order at this place again! The delivery driver was almost an hour late with my order. Then once it was finally delivered the food was cold. I contacted the store and spoke with someone who was extremely rude, and had an attitude problem. I asked that my order should be refunded back immediately. I’ve never had any issues with this place up until now!

I wish I could say good things but unfortunately I can't. It started yesterday when I ordered a meat lovers pizza with extra cheese. When I received my order it was cold and they're was no extra cheese. I called the store and spoke with someone and unfortunately I didn't get his name. He rectified the issue by promising me two free pizzas (one to correct my order and the other just because) once his drivers came back. I was ok with this solution because he did send the correct one in 30 minutes. Fast forward to tonight. I called to check if the free pizza was on my account and it wasn't. When I asked to speak with a manager, the person who answered was a driver and gave me the run around before hanging up on me instead of placing me on hold. I have called 5 TIMES to speak with a manager and each time I was told that I was being placed on hold, they would hang up! I am beyond upset!

I do not ever make bad reviews, i hate to be that person, but i called with concerns for my food and the lady hung up on me and said “okay it’s okay “ ,i wasn’t even gonna request a refund just that the items that had gone off get fixed. super disappointed .

I ordered tonight and the delivery guy called to get the gate code. I gave it to him and heard access granted. I opened my front door and let my dog out back and after about 15 minutes with no delivery called the store. The person who answered called the driver and insisted it was on my porch. I told her it wasn't. She told me they would refund me and send out a new order. She called back to tell me she couldn't give us free food. I paid gave my correct address and gate code to the driver. I called she hung up on me and when I called back after my neighbor called and told me they had our order and she said do you want to pay for your food? Bull shi, i order a pizza at 11 pm for delivery , 30-45min later i get a call from a man named “josh”, saying i didn’t add a tip and he wasn’t going to send his delivery man because of no tip, he was extremely rude over the phone saying we need to tip 20% or he’ll cancel it.

Was in and out under 20 minutes. The people working here are very professional. We ordered the cheese pizza and the stuffed cheese bread. They had a manager special on Friday and I got 20% off the order.
