These reviews are brutal, but fair. Two or three times I've ordered delivery and it says it's been delivered when it hasn't. The last time this happened I emailed a complaint, and tried calling the store several times but no one answered. Finally my food arrived 20 min AFTER it was shown delivered on the app. A few days later the DM called me to apologize and says the stores may mark items delivered to make their delivery times look better! This location does it frequently. I was told that I could get a replacement meal, the DM even told Robert the manager what I wanted, location and time, and that Robert would call me to confirm. No surprise, Robert didn't do anything, no call, no delivery. Either he thinks customer service is a joke or he knows that there's no consequences for the several negative reviews this location has gotten.

This store messes up our order EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don’t know why we keep ordering from here except that it’s the closest one to our house and I have some strange eternal optimism that maybe, just maybe, one time they will get it right. Nope. Never. Always wrong. And like others have said we’ve had situations where we have waited forever for our delivery even though the app said it was on its way. Domino’s is our favorite of the chain pizza places but it’s getting harder and harder to stay loyal.

Ordered food and it was more than 30 minutes late from the initial delivery time. Food was not so hot. Delivery instructions were to leave at front door for a contact less delivery but the driver was not ready to leave the food at the door inspite of specific delivery instructions. I did want a contactless delivery because of which i had specific instructions. I double checked my bill to see if i did miss anything on the instructions but it was crystal clear contactless delivery to leave it at the front door. Very poor service from dominos.

The delivery arrived missing one of the items in our order. I assumed they would just deliver it later if I reported it but the app only lets you get "points" instead or get 20% of regular menu item. I don't want points, I want the food I ordered or my money back! If I order it again I have to pay delivery and fees on top of it so you're just scamming me at that point. Calling only leads you to a number that rings and rings and then disconnects. I'm disputing this charge as i've now paid for something I never received...aka theft.

I am not sure if a dominos employee tore the side of the pizza by mistake or ate it but this is how my pizza was made. When I called the store, the manager (Robert Donald, not sure if he shared his real name in my second call) didn't seem to care and disconnected the phone on me. I called back and the call went to the call center and then to dominos store and once again the rude manager disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.

I placed a delivery order for two pizzas with light sauce and a chicken Alfredo pasta. Not only did the pizzas arrived correct as ordered and pipping hot but they also arrived within 15 minutes. Amazing system y’all got going on right now, great job yall.

I never leave reviews on anything but this Dominos location really is a huge let down. The first time I ordered from this dominos, not only did my order arrive extremely late, I did not receive the ranch or garlic sauce that I PAID for. I got over it as I know humans make mistakes and it wasn’t the end of the world. Tonight I just ordered a cheesy bread with garlic sauce and ranch because I had yet to get to try them. My order said it was delivered when it was indeed not. I tried calling the store multiple times and they let it ring until it hung up. So then I drove to the store to get a refund in hopes of some sort of solution and instead the manager had no good customer service and did not apologize for the miscommunication. Then I received my order and they gave me opened ranch that is not even dominos brand. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed. The cheesy bread also looked awful and was not cut at all. 0/10 for this location. I will never order from dominos again. I want a refund.

I ordered two pizza and it’s so disappointing how it was delivered it was put in my trash can I tipped the driver too I got home to find the dude had put them in the trash can I will be contacting my lawyer and I will see the driver and his manager in

Store closes at 1, placed an order at 12:40. My card was charged but the shop was closed early I guess. Lights off, door locked, no way to get a pizza or a refund.

I would give the Dominoes at 3600 Communications Parkway Suite 635, Plano, TX 75093 ZERO stars if possible, because 1 star is not even deserved!! The tracker was on "quality check" for over 30 minutes and it took way too long for it to be delivered even after the tracker showed him in my neighborhood. The delivery guy knocked on my door and when I opened it my food was on the ground!!! I asked him why my food was on the dirty ground and he had the audacity to say that he thought I told him to put it there when all I said when he knocked is "who is it?". Then he asked me if it was ok that he put it on the ground and I said "of course not!". He swiftly just picked up the pizza and told me to call the store without even having the decency to apologize!!! I would not recommend this Dominoes store to my worst enemy! There is always an issue with this one....the pizza always arrives cold and/or late...or they put it on the ground!!! I will not order from this location again.....they have failed me time and time again....after waiting all this time I am left with no food and I am hungry and angry now

Literally burn the gluten free pizza every single time. Zero common sense and pay zero attention. Don't waste your money on the overpriced garbage that's barely edible.

I order my pizza at ten was told it was gonna be 20 to 35 mins I called them twice to check on my order was told they were backed up I told them it's okay and not even 15 mins later my order was canceled and called them back they gave me a bs story about they called me and tried to come in the building my phone was next to me never rang I see why they have so many one star reviews for sure last time I call these people

Worst dominos location I’ve ever experienced.Quality control is terrible and the “manager” will tell you that everything is cooked perfectly and you get what you get as a customer.My family will never be ordering from this location again and will have to think long and hard about ever ordering from any dominoes location again.I’ve contacted Dominoes online twice about this location and haven’t received any follow ups.
