I’m so incredibly tired of asking for specific directions and the person cutting the pizzas NEVER pays attention to pie cut on thin crust pizzas, this is the 5th time in a row this has happened. All I ever get is a “sorry I didn’t see that” I’ve never gotten any sort of discount they’ve always just said “sorry nothing I can do, we can remake it if you want?” And that’s nice but now all my other food is getting cold while this is being remade.

Had bad experience proper pizza at 945 get there 10 to pick up and they didn’t have any change , (I wanted to pay with a 50$ bill) anyway it’s kinda dumb knowing they close at 1am and they don’t have enough change even knowing they close at 1am? It seems to me a lame excuse not to count register again but anyway I called and cancelled order , I went to papa jhons I didn’t have any problem kr whatsoever now papa jhons customer good bye dominos

I can’t keep giving this place another chance. Last time they messed up my pick up order and when I called the store to let them know the mistake they told me it would take an hour to replace… for pick up. This time I show ip 20 minutes after placing my order, two small children in tow and am forced to wait an additional 30 minutes. They offered my kids cokes by way of apology. I’m like, buddy, the kids should have been in the bath by now and bedtime in less than an hour, some cokes are a terrible idea. I’m sorry but I just can’t keep giving this place another chance. I know times are tough, but this is unacceptable. I now get to struggle the rest of the night trying to get all the things done and the kids in bed at a reasonable time.0/24I sent an email on 1/31/24 to the email listed response to my review. As of 2/20/24, have heard nothing back. This response is copy and pasted on every negative review as lip service but lacks a genuine attempt to rectify the situations. Just thought people should know the outward appearance of trying to make things right is a sham.

No way I will give this store any more business and the online is just as worst, I tried placing a cash on delivery order since the young lady some kind of way cdnt get my card to go through when I have more than enough funds to cover 3 medium pizzas. I was transferred to the store 1st the young man said he wasn't familiar with Cash on delivery, 2nd someone got on the phone stating they haven't been getting paid. So you give people the food before getting ur money and wht does tht have to do with me. Also I make the same order a couple weeks ago 3 days in a row all of a sudden the price different im hit with corporate make the price not me. Had I not had surgery and cdnt go pick my children food up I would never called Domino's but they like the thin crust Alfredo chicken & spinach. Educate your people so they can answer questions, show empathy, customer service is what you should push in your store. Online let it go they are useless. Sad to say we won't be ordering again. I'll learn how to make them a pizza before I beg & plea for a order to be delivered properly and PAY for it.

I placed a delivery order and after 2 hours still no pizza and I only stay 5 mins away, I called to follow up on my order and the guy working Server #6181 kept over talking me and hung up on me when I asked for a refund and when I called back the guy kept answering and hanging up, I went to the location and then asked for a refund and asked the guy if that was him hanging up on me and he lied of course and said no and kept walking to the back of the store & still didn’t refund me for this mistake of a order & when I made it back home my pizza was outside on the ground. I have a picture as proof but this review won’t let me post it smh bad experience.

Everything was good but they didn't listen to what I said cause I asked for the Pizza sauce for the breadsticks NOT garlic sauce.? They need to learn to take orders properly and the lady kept saying "what's your next order" instead of letting me finish. Not to mention the medium didn't look like a medium pizza, more like a small.
