Horrible Experience! I took my girls inside to see if they had any fun solar eclipse donuts. Waited at the counter for several minutes before we were even taken care of even though we were the only ones in there. Asked about the special donuts and cashier just barked at me “how many?” I asked what kinds they were as I could clearly see there were three different kinds. She said there was only one. I said okay give me three. She grabbed two of one kind and one of the other. Skipping the third kind. She just stuffed them into a bag and asked if I wanted anything else. I said I also needed two coffees and she wanted to know what else I was getting. I planned on ordering more but the way I seemed to be an inconvenience simply by coming in I just got that. But when I got back to my car my wife said she wanted the specific solar eclipse donut that is filled and half chocolate/half vanilla frosting. So I went back inside and waited ten minutes and no one came to the counter. So I went back to my car and decided to use the drive thru. Didn’t wait to place my order because no one else was in line. I asked for that specific donut and they said they didn’t have that kind. I was just inside looking at it and they said they didn’t have it. I clarified to tell them the exact details of it so a toddler could understand but they just said they didn’t have it. So we left. Bonus! When we got home one of the donuts was missing the chocolate in the center. As you can see from the picture this is apparently the same donut. No differences at all

i placed an order for an iced chai latte to pick up in the drive thru, i pulled up and they said they were out of chai. they asked if they could get me anything else so i just got a latte but the girl still made me pay for it? if i already paid for a drink on the app and yall were out of it shouldn’t i not have to pay for a second drink?? doesn’t make sense

The food and service is good here and that’s why my daughter wanted to work here. However, a lady named Karen hired her and gave her a starting day. After that she kept ignoring her follow up prep calls. Ms. Karen was a no show at her starting day. Do not waste your time applying here, stay away from these people.

I'm a bit reluctant to come back to this location. I placed an online order for pickup. When I got to the drive thru speaker, someone asked how they could help me, and then instructed me to pull up to the window when I said I had an order for pickup. I sat there for at least 5 minutes before an annoyed employee opened the window and asked confused "can I help you?" I said yes just waiting on that pickup order. She acted annoyed and said that I was supposed to mention that at the speaker. After I said that's exactly what I did, she said that they must not have heard me (which they clearly did, as they instructed me to pull forward). Overall I just got the vibe that the employee was giving me an attitude for doing exactly as I was instructed. I may just stick to Dutch Bros from now on

Although this Dunkin’ isn’t the nicest or newest, it’s like a trusty reliable horse. I can always count on them to get my order right and the girls that work there are super friendly! One of the employees (I didn’t get her name but she had bright blue eyes) was so sweet to my daughter and helped her pick her new favorite drink!! Made one of the best refreshers I’ve had and they also had great service, I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve never felt ignored or disregarded. Great location!Update: returned to this location today and although it was late they still had a few fresh tasting muffins and the drinks seemed fresh, a two nice male employees (Marcus and Brian I believe) helped me choose drinks for a large order of about 12 people.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

Terrible and thoughtless service at this location. Probably the worst Dunkin I’ve been to! I’ve placed mobile orders here twice and both times, the incompetent staff claimed to have never gotten them, so they had to up and start a new order…so defeating purpose of placing an online order. And their donuts are always stale. I still enjoy their iced coffee, but honestly not enough to put up with the hit or miss service. It’s sad to write this review, as I remember when this location opened, and it was so nice back then. Something has definitely changed in the last few years, they’ve slid downhill, and it’s no longer worth it for me to patronize this location.

Came through drive through in my community only to be hollered at by the drive thru attendant name Tee who’s attitude was extremely poor I then proceeded to leave the drive thru and come in and voice my displeasure with being yelled at and was told Karen is the GM of this location and still proceeded to purchase and pay for my coffee I live in this community and will not patronize this Dunkin ever again!! Totally unprofessional and extremely rude and distasteful experience on thanks giving!!! Don’t go to this Dunkin!!!
