The nova lox had the skimpiest salmon I've ever seen for an Einstein's Bagel.The cashier & order take was nice but the person making & handing out the food was not a people person or having a really rough day. He was short & rude & kinda flung my nova lox on the counter. He said ok & walked off.I wouldn't visit this location again

Soda is in 20 oz bottles for over 3 bucks! No fountain drinks. Bagel pizza is like one made by a kid in home ec. I think it was microwaved. :( BOO.

The food was good but the burrito was extremely hot. The service was average. They were friendly enough. The seating area was a little dirty. The tables didn't look like they had been wiped down clean.
Stephanie, the new manager, is completely unprofessional when dealing with third-party contractors. She doesn't understand how logistics works and has repeatedly sent my orders with her own drivers when I was contracted to take the order. She needs to clear communication between herself and third party delivery services because it's not the driver's fault. She has repeatedly harassed and made unethical and unprofessional decisions when handling catering orders. Please bring back the old manager or replace her with someone new this has been going on for months!

I love their bagels with delicious cream cheese. This is a very busy place on mornings. My favorite is variety bagels with 2 tub cream cheese (honey almond and garden veggies). These bagels always bring smiles to my family and work.

This specific shop is spacious, and over the years the operations have shown much improvement in terms of cleanliness, efficiency, and attitudes. Fresh bagels with the combination of various choices of egg, cheese, ham, or even smoked salmon, packed thin, round, tasty are the most appealing.

Great bagels. Very clean place. Terrific location. I was a regular years ago and just returned on the last few Sunday mornings. Perhaps it's the shift but the staff should be more friendly with customers as this is a discretionary item for most of them.
