Always a pleasant experience. Great staff and amazing drinks. We have been coming to this location for at least 10+ years and adore the staff. If you need a suggestion, hibiscus cooler with crystal boba is my favorite. Also a coconut milk with regular boba, delish!

Meh. Ordered a traditional milk boba tea a couple of times here now. The flavor always tastes like a syrup/pump versus actual brewed tea. Workers were nice, but on one occasion the employee taking orders reminded the employee fixing my drink that I'd asked for 25% sweet, to which the one fixing my drink became wide-eyed. When I asked to confirm that it was 25% sweet, she said, "Um, yeah." The whole taste was so fake that it was hard to tell the sugar level. Keep driving a few more miles for TeaLatte Bar, where the tea is organic, brewed, the sugar level is accurate to your request, and the atmosphere supports a chill convo with friends or studying/working.

Excellent customer service! Lots of different flavor drinks, something for everyone. And the mochi donuts are awesome!
Just about perfect. Our only complaints are cramped parking and high prices. We do go out of our way to enjoy the mango slushies with boba here. Excellent staff.

I ordered the Lavender milk tea and their signature Brown Sugar milk tea today and both are delicious!! The Lavender Tea is light, packed with flavor and has a mild fragrant aftertaste! If you want more of a dessert tea, go for the creamy rich Brown Sugar tea!! I’ll definitely try their donuts next time.

I got the Taro Coconut Slush with Lychee Jelly. The Price Difference between Medium & Large is small that it makes you want to Upgrade it. One Large is too much, so it is best to share with a Friend grab an Extra Straw. Another thing to note is they DONT TAKE CASH.

I did not enjoy this place. The service was awkward. They talked to me like I wasn't familiar with a bobba shop, and the milk tea was not good at all.
I'm uncertain about what transpired on the day I visited, but the bobo and flavored jellies had an odd rubbery taste. On a positive note, the donuts were delicious, and I took advantage of a fantastic 4-for-4 deal.Parking: There are parking spots marked off just for Fat Straws which is a plus.

First time ordering from this establishment. It was super clean. They do not accept cash, card only. The place was very clean and well maintained, with a few tables to sit.Customer service was great, they were booth kind, patient, and proficient. They had a good work flow, in handling the incoming customers. I ordered two drinks and a doughnut, and I was offered a carrier without even asking.I ordered a regular Ube Latte without Boba $5.24, and it was well made. The taste of Ube was complimented well by a vanilla/nutty after taste. And I also ordered a regular Brown Sugar Boba milk tea, $5.74. Again this drink was beautifully made! I normally don’t eat much of the boba, but I finished the entire drink. No boba left behind; they were nice and chewy and sweet. Both drinks were amazing.I also ordered the apple pie doughnut, and it literally melted on my taste buds. It was had a strong apple flavor, super soft and chewy dough, and every bit was met with that cream drizzle. It was perfection in a small treat, for only $2.75.I highly do recommend this place, based upon the affordability, flavor variety, and quality! Definitely will be going back to try more.

I always get their classic milk tea (first choice) and their thai milk tea with stevia. It is seriously the best milk tea flavor I have had! I love that they have a sugar free option and I am not sure what it is about their flavoring but I honestly cannot tell that it has an artificial sweetener in it when I get this version here.They also started making these mochi donuts a few years ago and I must say they are super yummy. The “icing” on top is more like a chocolate texture and when they have special flavors you can really taste it in every bite.They have fast service and I don’t think they have ever given me a single wrong drink order for the many years I have been coming here.Side note: they don’t accept cash so be ready to swipe your card.Highly recommend!
