Being from Los Angeles, I was excited when I discovered Fatburger near me and IImmediately signed up for their newsletter and offers. Having been sent several newsletters of which ask you to order online.I’ve ordered 4 seperate times from Uber Eats and the first 2 orders took them 45 minutes to decide to cancel my order all the while I’m expecting it to be delivered soon.As I thoroughly enjoy Fatburger (in Los Angeles and even New York) and am stubborn, I ordered again on 3 more seperate occasions and this time it took less than 45 minutes to cancel it, but it was indeed cancelled.I get sent an emailed newsletter telling me of the great deal of the day as it’s 420 (April 20th). I figured perhaps they wanted to keep their prophet in house so I tried delivery directly through them themselves. I ordered twice as each time I ordered, it came back saying the order couldn’t go through so call that location. Now the order didn’t go through, but I was charged and $30 for a combo is ridiculous but having grown up with Fatburger, I was willing.So now I’m without my over $60 and still no fatburger. This did not fill me with glee but I called every number associated with that location and even called 2 other locations to see if they had a number. A location told me that they have been called more than once that day asking for the same thing but no one had a number for this location.Business’s desire to make a profit yet this one seems as though profiting is not a desire.I ask that they remove the business from Uber Eats if they won’t deliver for them. In addition, remove it from their own website if they don’t want to deliver either.Lastly, get a working number and don’t take someone’s money or use a 3rd party that will, and not provide a service.I was eventually paid back that day but the entire experience with them has left me to think of them as dodgy and unprofessional and I will NEVER attempt ordering from them again.Attached you’ll see my various attempt a at ordering delivery

Me and my family Went in, they got us ordered and our food out fast. They were super sweet, then when we got our food I realized I HAD MESSED UP THE ORDER , so I went back up there to replace the order and pay but they ended up to making it for free even thought it was totally me.

Ordered one 10 piece boneless wings meal and one triple cheeseburger with fat fries..... I should have known better as the last time I tried this location 7 months ago, it was the worse...So I thought.Fast forward to this visit and I was told that no drinks were available besides lemonade, with no explanation given. The boneless wings were overcooked and somewhat hard even after being dipped in sauce. They were also undersized for the price paid. Now the triple cheeseburger, was not only overcooked, but also charred like you would do a smash burger. There was no seasoning and the bun was cold and hard. I attempted to eat a quarter of the burger, but ended up throwing it away. Overall, this is all I needed to confirm not to try this location again... Now Fatburger locations in Los Angeles, California are next level from the food quality, to the cooks, to the overall experience and I cannot wait to return int he coming weeks. The only good takeaway from this visit was the music, which no matter the location they get it right.

Burger and skinny fries were great. Hands down the best burger in fast food. Chili was ok, nothing special. Onion rings were some of the best we have ever had.
Pretty solid spot if you're looking for a burger and fries. I like the crispiness from the skinny fries more than the fat fries, but if you like steak fries the fat fries are for you.
Burger was cold and soggy they had the dasher waiting for over 10min the fries are cold I paid $30 for this I should've just gotten McDonald's at least my food would've been hot. I have the one star because of the packaging I do appreciate other than that this was

My first time eating there. The food was tasty at least what I had was. Which was the impossible burger. My husband and daughter had regular burgers. Both of them are extremely picky. But, they both said the food was good. My only advice is for the young man that served us on Wednesday is to smile ? a little more. That could really lift someones spirit. Other than that I was pleased.
