One of our favorite sandwich shops. Something about steaming the sandwiches releases extra flavor in the bread and meats, making it a unique and tasty experience. Alway friendly service and clean restaurant. Today, we both the hook and ladder, but I got the salad and my wife the sandwich, both were excellent. I love that even though it's a sandwich place, they have good keto options.

I've always liked Firehouse Subs but this location appears to be one of the best run locations that I have personally come across. Super friendly ladies behind the counter and food was served piping hot and literally looked as good as the pics in the advertisements. Clean restrooms and seating area. I'll be back!

Didn’t get a chance to take a pic of my Italian hot sub w whole wheat bread but it was beyond delicious ? savored every bite of it!! loved every minute of my first Firehouse experience ??? also enjoyed Lays kettled jalapeño cheddar which has less fat ?????? def recommend their sandwiches just as is on their menu w/o any annoying add ons or removals ?

Service in the store was fine. Order wouldn't go thru on the app for some reason so I had to reorder when I got there, which wasted time.

We went to pick up an order where the customer did the mistake forgetting to omit the onions from their sandwich, they can not eat them at all...when asked to remake it, they refused because it did not indicate that on the ticket, after explaining back and forth if they couldn't accommodate to remake we wanted a refund, and they didn't want todo that either??? What would be the solution? Instead they did in fact remake the sandwich, after not wanting to give up a sale, and made a half ass shitty sandwich for the customer and had one of the workers try to stare down the food runner? Hahaha this place is a JOKE. Learn to retain your customers instead of making it hard for yourselves and everyone else.

DONT USE THE APP!2nd time using the App, 2nd time the store blames Corp office, Corp Office blames local store.This time had free sandwich with T-Mobile promo. bought chips to get sandwich, went in app and "customized" the sandwich. NO TOMATOES because I am allergic to them. Sandwich came with Tomatoes. Light Mayo, sandwich was smothered in Mayo, Xtra Onions, 3 slivers of Onions, Add Deli Mustard, No Mustard, add Balsamic Vinaigrette, zero Balsamic Vinaigrette, Wheat Bread, its on White Bread. Call Cust Service Corp they say we see customization on the Sandwich, sent me to Technical App, Oh we dont handle that you will have to go to the store, I go to the local store, We get no nothing, we make like computer said (heavy Spanish Accent) not our fault call Corp. I have Corp on the phone with me. Sir since you at the store they can fix it for you. OK who is going to fix my damaged throat that is now hurting from the tomatoes that I am allergic to? Corp hands up, Short Fat Hispanic lady "we make sandwish like paper say, you no say no tomatoes". The F**** I didn't. "dont be root to me" Dont be what? "Root" dont be Root to you? "Yea you dont be Root." So I cant be Root to you after you mess up a basic order, cause me harm, pain and discomfort, cost me time and money to come back here, and when I complain to tell me just to call corp, and I am Root to you? "Yes jew are, leave". So I let. I will be posting this anywhere and everywhere I can and maybe just maybe 1 person might care, but in the world of Gen Z I doubt it. Firehouse is now with Subway, Chipolte, and McD. Places I will never eat at again.

I always love Firehouse late on a weekday. This location is always clean. This is what makes it worth going back to this restaurant.
