My young daughter and I went there after church, and usually, I would have just gone through the drive-through, but my daughter wanted the free ice cream, so we ate inside. The young girl at the register was not friendly at all. I don't know if she was just having a bad day, but she clearly did not want to be there.

I always come in to the store, purchase food on a daily basis. My mom just asked for a Zing Sauce which she just asked for free but she always pays for it. The guy rudely tells them No, and shuts the window on their face. I call the location and same thing over and over again. And what blows my mind is that we come in every single day to buy food and this is how they treat regular customers. And he had the audacity on the phone to say that one complain won't have any difference. If the owners are allowing these sorts of rude and mannerless employee's then its something to take a note of.Moreover, the thing thats saddening is the fact they treat regular customers like this, this is supposed hispanic manager who is treating customers like this. The rest of the employees are always very kind and courteous.l will make sure to complain to corporate and any higher ups, I regular customer will not want to come back to this location at all after I have seen that the manager has zero respect for customers and especially women.

I’m a fan of golden chicks and I must say I love their chicken, but their fish is lacking seasoning. Had a three piece fish and tasted literally NOTHING!!! Not going back for the fish but the chicken is pretty good.

Although the service was outstanding...the food was just okay. Cooked, appeared, and tasted as predicted. They certainly have a lot of options so I will try something else on their extensive menu and update this another day. Unable to order online because the service is currently unavailable!
