Placed my order online at a Golden chick near where I work. I went and picked up the order. Got home and missing items and wrong chicken order. I know my fault for not checking when I was there, but I was in a hurry. The cost of takeout these days just disappoints me that it can’t be right.

Ordered online; tried to do drive-through to pick up, they said I had to come inside. The place was packed with a line to the door. I was waiting in line, when an employee basically slammed 3 bags of orders on the counter. I tried to ask if one of them might be mine but I was ignored. I checked the tags, found my order, grabbed it and left. Won’t be back here in a hurry.

Arrived at 6pm no cars. Order a 3 piece and got the smallest pieces they could have possibly have gotten. Looked like a joke. When I came to the window the lady at the window was really nice and said sorry I said don’t worry and could hear the gentleman in the back who looked like the cook say don’t say that we’re not sorry and she tried to shush him. Also the drink was extremely syrupy, had to throw the drink out. Love golden chick but won’t be going back to this location.

GOING DOWNHILL!I used to come to this Golden Chick weekly, had not been in a while and was sad with what I found. Order was wrong, asked for spicy and got mild. The free ice cream that they used to have is gone. The fresh brewed teas they use to have have been replaced by artificially flavored powder mix beverages. And as always they give 1/2 the sauce needed to actually eat that much chicken.
