Service was the worst I’ve had at any Indian restaurant. There was no greeting when we entered. There was no one in the restaurant on a Sunday evening at 7 pm. We had ordered veg Chili paneer which was burnt and with lots of Soy sauce. We told them that this was not liked and then she brought another one after a while, but had no courtesy to even ask if that was any better or not. It was not tasty at all. Nobody asked us about the food or anything that we wanted before or after..I would never come back to this restaurant nor recommend to anyone.

This place is a HIDDEN GEM ? tucked in a shopping center, in Plano. The chicken lollipops ? ? and the garlic noodles ? were phenomenal!

The food was really good. But the restaurant is operated short handed. On a busy sunday lunch there was just one server taking the orders, bringing out the food, taking care of payments and everything else. Wow, seeing that, no matter how good the food is, I might not go back. They also charge 20% gratuity automatically in all invoices regardless of number of people. To make things worse, gratituity is not distributed to the server and kept by the owner, both the above points are illegal. My wife and I worked in restaurants in our college days therefore for us this was the deal breaker.

I had a disappointing experience at Great Wall Indo Chinese Restaurant. The food lacked flavor, and the service was slow. The ambiance felt outdated, making the overall dining experience less than satisfactory. I won't be returning.

The food here is great and everything tastes amazing! We’ve been here many times and every time the quality is great. Highly recommend the schezuan style fried rice and chili style chicken if you like spicy food. And their soups are some of the best I’ve had in Dallas!

Ordered the chicken fried rice thru Uber eats. It was decently seasoned but the rice seemed a little hard. Large quantity and was still hot when it arrived! Would definitely try other menu

We’ve been there twice already and have not been disappointed. The food is delicious! The restaurant is also very clean, and the service is great. We’ve recommended this restaurant to several friends and they’ve agreed as well.

Tried this restaurant after reading reviews and found to be OK. Manchow soup was salty and looked more like Sweet corn soup. Spicy chicken was deep fried and dry. It was also OK. Garlic noodles did not had garlic or garlic flavor. Not good. Pepper corn fried rice, did NOT had CORN in it. It was OK. Spicy potatoes was regular fries, fried in sauce & onion. It was also OK. Spice level order was medium and it was not bad. But again, it depends on person, how much spice level he can handle. Overall food was OK. Its bit pricey, considering its Chinese food and lot of Indian restaurant around, giving same food at low price & same taste. There are only 7 tables and its very compact restaurant. Service was also OK, as only 2 tables were filled. Spicy potatoes (appetizer) was served last, so they did NOT follow order (soup, appetizer, entree). 20% gratutity for party of 4 or more. So its added, irrespective of service level/quality. Would NOT try again, as NOTHING was great.

Food is very good. Service is super slow. Only 1 server serving 8 tables. You have to wait a lot, to the point you get bored for ordering.

I have been there a few times the restaurant is very warm and cozy feeling. The service this time was ok the man taking order was clearly not understanding English too well or maybe he was just super nervous couldn't tell. I have had the manchow soup and sweet corn soup in the past which were both excellent this time I decided to try the tomato spinach and I must say that was a great big no no. It was like having a warm bowl of tomato ketchup with spinach and onions. The Great Wall special was delicious perfect when it comes to the taste and texture of the dish. The burnt garlic rice was over loaded with green peas and it was really bland I just tasted like plain rice. I will give them another shot in the future as they have not had food or service like this in the past and update the review.
