The food was good but the service was terrible. The restaurant was basically empty and the waitress was absent minded. The waitress was also very short with us.I had to walk up to the bar to hand my check to our server. She was too busy flirting/talking with customers, and co workers at the bar. There was also an un-bussed table the entire time we were there. Would recommend getting it to go. Love the location near north park mall. Much better service!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

Grimaldi's offers an amazing pizza experience. Every thin crusty bite bursts with flavor thanks to their impeccable selection of ingredients. The cheese, in particular, elevates each slice to perfection. High quality. A must-try for any pizza enthusiast who enjoys the basics of a true excellent pizza!

Pizza and bruschetta were amazing. Service was slow and appeared they were short staffed.

Grimaldi's has been my family's go-to for consistent, tasty pizza for over a decade now (mostly at the uptown location). We were thrilled when they opened up at The Shops at Legacy. We regularly do both take-out or dine-in since it's closer to home, and they've never disappointed.

The size of the tiramisu is ridiculous for the price, I’ve ordered this multiple times and every time it gets smaller, y’all cutting this randomly or shirkflation?

The very best New York pizza in the metroplex. Period. It is authentic. Not always consistent but always tasty sweet tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella and a thin crispy crust.

Brickoven pizza isn't for me. For those that love it this is the place to go.

2.17.24 My food was presented soggggyyyyyy. The middle where the points of the pizza touch once cut are mush. It was not good to eat.I had an anitpasta starter on my order that I didn't get.The guy who helped me was cool. The exterior environment made me question if I was at the right location. It looked closed.Overall, I've had better experiences and $28 for soggy pizza doesn't make that cut.Parking: The parking garage spots aren't always close to this location because there's also offices that share the parking.

Pure RACISM in 2024.Came in and wasn't greeted for at least 15 mins. Another fam came in as I was waiting and they were acknowledged before me. So, I said something. He asked was I ready, I requested drinks. He brought back my tea. Never returned. I then went to the front to ask for a check to pay for my tea. Still no acknowledgement. Your customer service is horrible. I will never come here again. I have never felt so disrespected. If I would have walked out, with payment. You would of noticed me then!

My boyfriend and I came and ordered two slices of pizza. They took over 30 mins to make it and our server Maryam didn’t seem to care. The food came out cold. I would suggest you go to another location. This was our first time at Grimaldi’s and we’re definitely not coming back to this location.
