We have visited a few HBH locations in the DFW area and NONE compare to the quality and outstanding service than the one in Plano (off of Preston Road).Everyone was friendly, helpful and encouraged us all to try new items; including the broccoli casserole and sliders!Whenever we come to a HBH, no matter where we are in Dallas, we’ll be sure to come to this location and tell others as well.The line may be long on occasions, but well worth the wait.Please go find out for yourself.The Manager is very helpful and the experience is well worth it.

I am a loyal customer. I called Christmas Eve to confirm they had sandwiches pre made. The gentleman that answered the phone said he didn’t feel like checking, I just needed to come in. I asked for manager for assistance and he hung up on me. They have customer service issues.

I've been eating at this place my whole life almost lol hams for holidays and lunch also take away dinners if I happened to be close by after work. They make dinner easy and fast and they're good af too like fr if you never had it you should try them for lunch or a takeaway dinner.

I ordered a platter of turkey, ham, rolls, condiments, fixins, and two salads for a friend. It was ordered to go, as I could not get the delivery to work. It was ready on time, and my friend loved it.

Wednesday was my pick up day for my food. I was running 45 min late so I wanted to give the company a courtesy call trying to be nice. Holiday SpiritI called and called and called No Answer! Today I called @10am Honeybaked Ham Preston Plano! to let them know the food was amazing! No answer again! Do you guys not work? I don't get it! Anyways to the Cook great job! The Call Center management team need to jump in or do you not care? Horrible business!

I went online to place an online Thanksgiving ham on 11-17-2023 but the website wouldn't allow me to place an order, even after I had created an account. So I called the Preston rd, Plano store and ordered a 1/4 bone in ham for thanksgiving. I've ordered Hams from this location for many years. I picked up my ham on the afternoon of 11/21/23 and when I got it home I was shocked. Instead of the usual moist perfectly glazed bone in ham, I got what seemed to be an older prepared ham. The meat was off color and there was no glaze on the ham. Just a thick crust that had fallen away from the meat. I tasted the ham and the surface where the glaze usually is was dark and tough as leather. The taste was slightly bitter as well. I called the store and they said to bring my ham in to exchange. When I showed them the obvious imperfections with the ham I was told by an associate, "All of the 1/4 bone in hams are like this". I told them they should not sell them like this and another associate told me some people like the ham this way. I asked, "Like leather"?Anyway...they sold me an upgraded 1/2 lb bone in ham for $10 more. It was perfect when we got home. I would have never posted this review had the associates been considerate or apologetic. If. Would have served that ham on Thanksgiving my family would have been disappointed. Buyer beware.

I ordered a ham and cheese slider and had a piece of a turkey and cheese slider. The sandwiches were a lot greasier than I expected, and not that tasty. It's about $10 bucks per slider. The service was courteous. The "ambiance" was nothing special, just a couple of tables to eat. I wasn't impressed with it that much, it wasn't horrible though.
