I always go here for the tea and the premium water is really good! We stock up about 5-6 gallons at a time, $0.60 for a gallon refill of water is unbeatable. I will say the customer service at this location is better than the other 3 locations I’ve been to. They go above and beyond every time. From the management on down. It makes a huge difference!

I swear, Everytime I come here, the staff are just a blessing. So sweet, patient, and thorough when they cash me out. The tea is always really good and no matter where I am in Plano, Dallas, or Richardson, my friend always turns the wheel into the parking lot so we can get a big cup of tea. Wild raspberry, blueberry, and pink lemonade (wild pink berry) is extremely good together, fyi :) )

Tea is good BUT service leaves something to be desired. Tell me why I'm trying to get the zero sweet and the man I'm talking to keeps saying unsweet and mumbling so I keep telling him to please have it be zero sweet (the no calorie sweetened alternative) he started getting annoyed with me and was telling me it's called unsweetened drink name with zero sweet like okay? All that for it to be UNSWEET like no way I just had this whole back and forth with you for you to get the drink wrong and give me attitude the whole time I'm trying to pay too. Like idk if it's been a hard day but I was just trying to get tea for my family it's not serious . Not to mention it took FOREVER I waited at the menu and then I waited for five mins at the window.
