Biryani is excellent and the BADAM shake is literally heaven.

Generally I never write reviews for any places. This incident forced me to write one. I order paneer biriyani and it took 1 hour for them. Once order arrived they have added paneer curry in white rice and when I said waiter that this is not paneer biriyani, he said paneer biriyani is over. What a great way to treat customers. Cusrtomer is paying you money. Please learn to respect customers.

I ever head the worst food in my life, due to the new year night we ordered the food and we got the other items instead of the one we ordered and try to reach the restaurant but the guys not even lift the phone, we tried for an hour and half and later decided to keep that food. But the taste of food is too worst and we throwed in trash

Very disappointed with Catering order. Ordered goat biryani and at the time of pick up they had chicken biryani packed. Then they managed to get us goat biryani- meat poorly cooked and biryani was very dry- would not recommend catering from this place.

I have visited this place multiple times over past two years. I used to like their Desert variety ( I got sweet tooth) but their other food items were equally good. However the quality of food is going down every day and it has dropped to level and that I will not be returning to this place. There are many Indian restaurant around to try. I am not even sure why they have kept the restaurant open.

Firstly, the service SUCKS. They brought us to a table that was unstable and could fall over. We ordered our food and waited a good amount of time before getting it (keep in mind that the restaurant is empty) and got all but one thing. We waited a good 10 minutes for my sister to get what she ordered. We were given one napkin for the whole table and it took forever for someone to come refill water. There was one guy wearing a black jacket and had glasses who walked past our table numerous times just texting on his phone. My mom ordered goat vindaloo and it was incredibly spicy. She handles spicy food incredibly well and even she was drinking a lot of water. Also, her goat had more bone in it than it had meat. My sisters chicken saag came out super late, like i said earlier. And it only has 4-5 little pieces of chicken in it. I had chicken tikka masala. Again, little to no chicken and there were vegetables. I don't complain about vegetables but I've never had veggies in my chicken masala... After we finished we sat at our table for forever before someone came to us for the check. And again, that same man walked past us on his phone. I used to go here quite a few times. This might be my last time.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Their quality has reduced to a great extent. The food and taste is not of the best quality as it used to be before. Their chicken dum biryani used to be one of the best but I tried recently after a year or so it was completely opposite of what it used to be. The chicken quantity is also very low and the taste is also not that great.

First of all, I am Indian. I have eaten every type of Indian food, my mom cooks it, I have tried it all. This place is so.dang.good. The flavor profiles are completely different from what you get in every other restaurant. Bursting with flavor. Layers of spices that you can tell are slow cooked and expertly crafted. Numerous different options at their buffet.. the three times I have been, I have seen different items. This has become my favourite Indian restaurant!

Great food. Great service. The food came out as perfect as the chef said it would. I'd come here over and over again.

The environment here is very clean and the decorations were beautiful. Food was fantastic! Chicken biryani was tender and has a lot of flavors. Definitely will come back for it.

For the first time of my life, trying Indian food in Plano, and I'm so glad that i have done it here in this restaurant. You literally feel the authenticity. Love the taste of the original food.

I have been ordering from Hyderabad House regular time. The food is fresh, delicious and customized to your spice level (on request). As an Indian person, its as close to a healthy and yummy indian meal I can get too.
