Food was soooooo GOOD and the drinks aswell I was skeptical at first because of the reviews but let me tell you it DID NOT DISAPPOINT yes is a smaller restaurant but cozy and the monthly menu was a HIT can wait for our next visit ?

I tried the 2x2x2. It is typical egg, pancakes, and choice of sausages or bacons. I think it is a bit overpriced. My gf got the colorado, and it was delicious.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our takeout order was $50 and was completely messed up, they didn’t give the full amount of pancakes that came with the cinnamon pancakes and we got like a child’s portion of hashbrowns as a side, not even the full amount that it should’ve been. My drink didn’t come with a straw so when I opened the lid it had a fly in the drink. I will never order from this IHOP again, just completely messed up.

I came down here to this restaurant because I WILL NEVER come back to the Allen one (Although we live in Allen for about 3 min away) I put 5 stars because the service we were given here is the oposite from what we got there. As soon as we came in, the server addressed quickly to us, got us seated offered us napkins took our order and waited decent time for our meals! Thank you guys.

It's 2:20 in the morning, and I waited for 22 minutes just to sit down. The place was empty, and the waiters were just talking and having fun with other customers . After patiently waiting for 22 minutes, I told them I had been waiting for 22 minutes, and they said they were busy :) but I watched them for 22 minutes. I was alone, and they intentionally ignored me. Then a group of 12 people came in, and they talked to them, and I said I was there first. Then they made me wait again, and when I asked how long it would take if I ordered now, they rudely replied. I politely explained my situation and said if it takes more than 15 minutes, I won't be able to eat. They said, "You can leave."

Unfortunately my kids like to visit IHOP in Ramadan for suhoor. Of course there is limited staff at midnight and after. Food took a long time. I cant blame the staff as there was only one person. IHOP should look into better staffing in Ramadan as there are many of us who like to go for suhoor.

We arrived at this location at 12AM. We were not seated until 12:30, and we didn't get our drinks OR food until 1AM. The restaurant was very dirty. They did not bring out the food at the same time or remember what we ordered. As I type this, we are still waiting on one person's meal. Multiple other guests came in to try and eat a meal and left because of the long wait time. None of our drinks had ice. We only stayed because there was nowhere else to go to get a meal this late. Our server was nice, but clearly overworked and stressed. Food tasted good, but it was not really worth the wait.
